I have been in BA in this house for 21 years and I can say I've had many Plumber's -most can't do a hose bib let alone anything higher up the food chain. Zane and Casey are professional in every way. They do an excellent job and are respectful of leaving the job in the cleanest way possible. They installed a P R Valve because our house had a slab leak because our house pressure was 135 psi and Broken Arrow only needs to supply you with 35 psi. It's a time bomb just waiting to happen. Who knew? I didn't. Great install that was not easy. I sleep better now not waiting for the other 7 copper pipes breaking.

Michael and his co worker were extremely helpful. I had an emergency and they were here quickly to help us out. Michael took the time to answer my questions and give us his recommendations. I will definitely use their service in the future!

Very good service. Contacted multiple places and most wouldn't even give me and idea of a price. Wasn't ready to go ahead at the time, kept them in mind, came back and we picked up where we left off about 6 months ago. When people are good at what they do they don't need to push you into buying from them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Very pleased with the help they provided and work they did.

I would never hire this plumbing company! Very rude owner! They don't know how to run a business or hire and keep plumbers. They do shoddy work! Make mistakes, don't know how to look/read at a blue print. Absolutely the worst company we have ever hired. Do yourself a favor and don't contact these people. The plumbers we have had out to fix all their mistakes can't believe they are in business or actual plumbers.

Last January we had 1 frozen toilet pipe and a clogged drain line. It took only 2 hours of labor. I was charged $980. That should be 9 or more hours of labor.

I had an emergency when a technician arrived to install my new refrigerator but was unable to proceed because he believed the water valve needed to be replaced. Two polite knowledgeable men efficiently located, diagnosed and cleared a hard-water calcium and waste buildup in the sewer pipe. The fee was quite reasonable considering the equipment required and the labor involved. September 2025 Ricky and Travis, A.S. Plumbing (ASP), repaired a dangerous natural gas leak in my house and replaced the non-grounded stainless steel flex tubing used to connect two furnaces to the gas supply. Oklahoma National Gas Company had identified these problems and had shut off the gas supply to the house. ONG technicians inspected ASP's work tonight, checked for leaks, and then turned the gas back on. I appreciate the professionalism of every person I've met at ASP and strongly recommend them. This company is truly great and very reliable. They have great communication!! If the guys can come early or if they are running late from a previous job they are always in contact. I recently used them to hook up a mini hot water tank under a sink for instant hot water. I have also previously used them for other things - replace new updated facuets indoors and fixed dripping faucets outdoors; they replaced a connection leaking in a garage wall to the hot water tank; and they have replaced the guts in a toilet. All of these jobs at different times and needs. I always call them first and I have always been happy with their services and they have reasonable prices. I highly recommend A.S. Plumbing!

They were scheduled to come between 1-3, they arrived a little after 1:00. Casey introduced himself as well as the guy with him, they both shook my hand with smiles on their face. They loved on my 14 yr old dog and I explained what was going on and they got right to work. Fixed my leaky faucet replacing both hot & cold stems (?) Casey went to his truck and brought a bone for my pug. I am extremely impressed with their work and their overall happiness. It’s rare to find people who show up with kindness. Will definitely call them again for any more plumbing issues.

Where do I even start? Mere words cannot express how thankful I am to Ricky and his team for the awesome way they took care of my 80yr old moms ongoing plumbing issues! This company stands by their name and TRULY showed “Acts of kindness”in all they did to help my mom! Previous plumbers had really did her an injustice but Ricky spent hours correcting their blunders and even went above & beyond to make sure things were good & working properly! I’m committed to spreading the word and letting others know this is a company you can trust for ALL your plumbing needs!

Had a 20 year old hot water tank that fought as long as it could. Called up these kind folks and they were out first thing the next morning. 2 1/2 hours later, out with the old and in with the new. These guys were kind, professional, and thourough. Everything was better and cleaner when they finished than before they arrived. I've used them a few times now and likely will again in the future. I highly recommend these folks to take care of any plumbing needs you might have. Even give military and veteran discounts of 10% which adds up on the big jobs!

While I was having my house inspected, the inspector noticed a gas leak in my laundry room. So, I called Acts of Service Plumbing. Their receptionist was so friendly and helpful. She contacted her plumber immediately and had them to my house within 20 minutes. They were professional, kind and knowledgeable. They discovered where the leak was immediately fixed it within 10 minutes and checked everywhere else to make sure it was safe for my children. We highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future if there is ever a need.

Good, quick work by Dudley and Josh to replace toilet flush valve and tank-bowl gasket. As they were about to leave, Dudley did a final check. Good thing he did as there was still a small leak. So they disassembled everything and found there was a manufacturer’s flaw on the bottom of the tank which created a leak in a different place. Unfortunately, it’s a fatal flaw and I’ll have to replace the toilet, but at least we won’t have a slow leak and come home to a floor full of water. Good work, Dudley and Josh.

The response was quick and Dudley and Josh were amazing. They worked hard, explained everything and were extremely kind. The cost for services was awesome too. I was already freaked out with all the damage but they made me feel better about the cause, effect and fixed the problem. They also referred us to a restoration company they highly recommend.
