Their tech, Sayed, came out right away. Within an hour of my calling. He did a spectacular job. He was kind and considerate of the fact that the owner of the home, is handicapped. From beginning to end, if was a positive professional experience. If I need a plumber again, they will be the first I call!

Active Plumbing is hands down one of the most reliable plumbing companies I’ve worked with. Their prices are the most reasonable compared to others, and their work ethic really stands out. They show up on time, explain everything clearly, and get the job done right without cutting corners. Very reliable people who actually care about quality work. Highly recommended!

We had a leak on our water heater late Sunday evening and I reached out to Active Plumbing and Rooter the very next day to seek other opinion on price and they were able to accommodate us with a lower price. They were also able to send someone the same day (Monday) and we really appreciated it since having hot water is a necessity. Though we had to pay bit higher after it was completed due to additional parts needed, the total amount was still reasonable. Thank you and your team!

I initially contacted Bay Area International Translation Services via phone to get a price quote. A lady answered the phone who was not that friendly. I asked her for a quote on the phone in which she gave me. I told her I wanted to price check other places before I give her the job. I have called Bay Area Intl Translation Services a handful of times during business hours and no one picks up the phne. I even left a message. They (Bay Area International Translation Services did not have the courtesy to call me back so I have decided to use another translation services who is friendly and picks up the phone during business hours. I am giving a 1 star rating for their terrible service.

There are so many translation services around the Bay Area, its difficult to select which service to use. However, my focus was on cost, ease of communication and accessibility. In terms of the product, it really depends on how complex your situation is and good communication (including setting expectations) is really important. Therefore, you really have to speak with everyone and do your RESEARCH. Many have high yelp ratings (although very few reviews), but if you call or E-Mail to engage in more fact finding, it should be pretty clear which one excels for your given requirements. Document translation services is not a static product. So many things can be considered and needed. My situation was actually very simple so I had selected Bay Area International Translation Services for their cost, ultra quick communication and their accessibility. We were always in constant communication and I was always reviewing the translated product prior to final print which was critical and then mailed over to me very quickly. Excellent experience with these guys. They honestly should have way more reviews. Highly recommend.

On Friday afternoon, March 28, 2025, we didn’t have hot water. So I started searching for water heater companies to get estimates for replacing our 11-year old heater. The first company I tried my call went to voicemail. Active Plumbing was my second call and I spoke with Majid. He said someone could be out in a couple hours and gave me an over-the-phone estimate from $1,800 to $2,500 which I thought reasonable. We paid $1,000 11 years ago. So I told Majid have someone come but meantime I’m going to get estimates from other companies. He said Manny or another fellow would come. Within five minutes Manny called and said he could be at our condo within 10 minutes. I said ok. He and Salso showed up, gave me an estimate which included doing the replacement in an hour. Manny and I shook hands, they went to work and finished in an hour! Active Plumbing made what I thought was going to be a lot of time and work very, very easy. I highly recommend them! Call them!

I don’t recommend much, but want to give a 5-star shoutout for Active Plumbing in Fremont. I prefer to use small, local family businesses when possible. Manny came out within 30-mins this past Sunday night for an urgent request. Two toilets were backing up into the shower and bathtub! Manny and his uncle got the toilets cleared quickly using existing clean-outs from outside. Then he came back early the next day to clear the bathtub Jtrap from inside. Manny also offered at a very reasonable price to enter the crawl space to inspect & take photos of the pipes for leaks & potential future issues. On his way out, they helped tightened my water heater straps that were loose and discussed water heater maintenance and potential future issues. Manny promptly emailed me an invoice with pictures from the crawl space. I plan to use Active Plumbing for yearly preventative maintenance, and future emergencies/repairs.

Two days before this Thanksgiving I noticed my water main valve leaking pretty bad. Without a fix I have to turn off the water and we would not have dinner or shower at home. Trying to call various plumbing services either got answering machine or got appointments for the next day and some even charges a service fee for an estimate. Until I called Mr Mohsin. You know immediately someone is motivated and cared about his business. He told me that he will swing by in the afternoon. And thanks god he did. Mr Mohsin and his crew had replaced my main water valve and associated PVC and copper pipes. I am an electrical engineer and I can tell if someone doing a good solder/glue work or not. I am satisfied with his work plus his guaranteed of the workmanship for 12 Month gives me piece of mind. and above all I find his price reasonable. I will definitely call him first if I need service in the future.

I hired Bay Area International Translation for my Law Firm. We needed to translate a large amount of Korean bank statements. We had a strict deadline because of tax season. When I called I spoke with Martin and he was incredibly professional and helpful. He went out of his way to make a few calls and see if his translators would be able to finish our project. He was prompt and always kept me updated on the progress. Martin was so great that he actually was able to send us 1/2 of the project right when they finished, so our tax preparers could begin working on the file. As soon as they finished the second 1/2 they sent it as well. He went out of his way to accommodate all of my law firms needs. Martin was a pleasure to work with! I had an urgent appointment with passport agency & needed a document translated as soon a possible. The original place I contacted was closer to work but would not work with me on a rush delivery even with an added rush fee that they were charging. They would only guarantee getting it to me three hours after my appointment & they were rude about it. So I turned to Yelp & was so lucky to have found this service. Martin was very helpful, informative, answered my calls and texts. Kept in contact via email and had document delivered more than an hour before it was promised from the translator. He even texted me to let me know it was sent. Any time a friend or family member needs translation services this will be the only place I recommend. Thank you again. I used Bay Area International Translation Services to translate a sensitive document from Farsi to English for the US Government. The service was done with high quality and very quickly. I reached out this past Sunday late afternoon/early evening and the order was complete less than a day after, with the physical copy delivered to my bay area residence only 2 days after the initial contact. Overall, I'm really happy, including with all the interactions I had with the team over phone and email (never physically went to the office). Martin made me feel reassured when I initially reached out and was apprehensive that they were a legitimate business, before I'd checked out Yelp and when I'd only come across them on Google. The team arrived on time, was professional and courteous. They also did a great job patching up the wall where they had to access the pipe. Our trusted handyman recommended this company to us when we were getting some repairs done prior to selling our house. Within three hours, every single job we had on the list was done. Not only did they finish all the repairs quickly and well, they also carefully tidied up afterwards. Not long after, rather inconveniently just prior to staging the house, a toilet broke. Again they came to our rescue, completing a major repair in so little time, just as the stagers were coming in. These guys work like magic, plus they’re some of the nicest people to work with. Keep their number on file; if you’re so unfortunate as to need to call them on short notice, you won’t regret it. Highly recommended.

These guys are great! I need to translate one document from Ukrainian to English for USCIS and they did a great job. They did a quote quickly using scanned document and then used it for actual translation, so I don't have to deal with the document delivery. Price was reasonable, I paid online via credit card. They sent translated document to me for verification. I'd found some minor things with spelling of family name and next day document has been shipped. It happened that I submitted my document right before Thanksgiving break but it didn't affect processing time. I've collaborated with Nargis and she is really good. Overall I totally recommend this company, will use their service again.

I had a loan condition that required a certified copy of Swedish documentations translated to English. I found Bay Area International Translation Services online and I'm very pleased with their service from start to finish. Nargis, Project Manager, was very responsive and helpful. Within one hour or less of contacting Nargis, she provided clear explanation of the process and gave me a quote. I received the information sooner than their turn times given. The certified letter was very professional. The documentations was translated word by word, along with the currency conversion. The process was so simple and efficient! I highly recommend them!!!
