Had Doug over to our house, he did great work very courteous and professional. Price was very reasonable. Spoke with Steve over the phone, retured my call promptly and as discussed Doug arrived to our house on time and completed the job, very happy with his work. I will use the company again if needed.

I cannot stress enough how amazing, on time, patient and thorough Action is! No, this is not my first review for them but we’d take the time to leave a review every time we have the experience we have had. Yes, buying a house can be a pain but there has not been one plumbing or sewer issue that Action has not helped us solve…and they weren’t always easy fixes! Highly recommend!

Early this morning, 11/3/2025, I called Doug about a clogged toilet! This problem occured Sunday so, we made an appt for Monday morning. He stopped by earlier because I called him again. He fixed it and the price was fair. He also shared information about why the problem happened in the first place. Next, I want to install a new kitchen sink. I'll call ACTION SEWER and DRAIN because they can do it with great care. They have my business.

From the time I called for an appt, I got top shelf service. Letting me know who was coming, and exactly when to expect. A phone call to let me know when Doug was on the way. He was polite, knowledgeable, organized, and remedied our issues quickly and cleanly. We’ve been using Action for several years now and have always been extremely happy with their services. They’re efficient, easy to work with, and always communicative. Doug has been great at addressing areas of concern with our drains. We’ve had a few emergency needs and they’ve been able to come out same day or next day. Cannot recommend them enough.
