“Trey N. with Action did a great job fixing our DIY bathtub drain installation gone wrong. He was calm, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and hard-working. He problem-solved on the job, producing a working solution despite the quirks of our home, and he offered advice for avoiding problems in the future. He began by quoting us a lower price and higher price, depending on how difficult the job proved to be, and ended up charging the lower price despite the challenges.”

He determined that it was a sensor and replaced it. We were thrilled with his expertise. We’ll be using Action for our future heating and cooling needs. Great and quick service.”
