I have completed a number of reviews for Action because ours has been a challenging phased approach of replumbing our home and renovating our main bathroom. Anyone who owns a home over 100 years old knows that the home promises surprises. For us, our fear regarding the plumbing that would be found once the bathroom floor was removed was justified. It became obvious that our current configuration did not meet code. Plumber Dan worked with the building inspector to discuss acceptable alternatives. Both included us in the discussion. Ultimately, it was clear that both gentlemen wanted what was best for us in the long run. We are very pleased with decisions that were made. The original shower system I purchased, made in China, would not work for us no matter how much our contractor and Dan problem solved. I appreciate Dan's patience. Ultimately, we purchased a more tradition Moen system. Dan once again demonstrated patience as he worked with us on placing our shower fixtures. I am 5' 10.5", my partner is 5'4". As a retired project manager, I value honest, direct communications. That can make or break a project and the lingering impression of the effort. My complements to Dan, Action Plumbing Manager Andy, and all the staff who took my calls and coordinated the sharing of information and the setting up of appointments.

Main water valve was leaking, called Action Plumbing and they had a technician come out within 2 days of my call since they had to work with the city to get the water shut off. Troy K came out to my house very professional and knowledgeable about the repair that was needed. Troy not only replaced the main water valve but also stopped at the city water building and picked up a part that was required by the city for my repair. An emergency leak in our basement on a late Saturday night resulted in us calling in for service. Adam was on call and let me know that two other calls were ahead of our request (which I appreciated) but he made sure we could wait the anticipated time. He was available sooner than he thought. Prior to arrival he advised on the non negotiable diagnostic fee which we agreed to before he arrived. At our house he was friendly and respectful. (Didn't mind our kids gawking at him working). He explained what caused the leak and confirmed we agreed with his solution prior to service. He was actually really quiet working (replacing metal piping and welding on site) and left the worksite clean. Thanks for saving the day Adam!

Adam was early which was great. He explained what was wrong and in the same day replaced our water heater, quickly and efficiently. Adam kept everything thing clean and was polite. Apparently we had a horrible water heater previously because now the water is nice and hot. Thanks Adam 😊

Unit was expertly installed. It was a new type of install for Adam but he patiently and meticulously got the bidet in. We won’t hesitate to contact Action for future projects! Highly recommend!
