It minimized the damage and he was able to install a new water heater the next day. Ron is always quick to respond and offers great service at a fair price. We have been using his company for over 10 years for a reason. He and his company are terrific!
If I could leave a review for more than 5 STARS I would. In all aspects of business this Company is top notch!! I will definitely be using Ron and Tristan again and again and most likely again! I'm new to the area, and I am so thankful for the referral I was given to use them for all my plumbing needs.How does one achieve and more importantly , Maintain a 5 star status? By excelling in every aspect of the plumbing business!
Ron responded quickly, was out fast & I didn't have to do a thing. He got me a better water heater for the same price installed as some cheap one I almost bought with half the warranty. He picked up the water heater for me, brought to me and took the old one away. Made it stupid simple for me & removed all the stress from the situation.
