I had a great experience with this plumbing service. George Delardas was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and explained the repair clearly before starting the work. The job was completed efficiently, and everything was left clean and in perfect working order. I truly appreciated the honesty, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing reliable plumbing services. Fantastic service from start to finish! The electrician, Minh Tran, was friendly, respectful of my home, and clearly very skilled. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it without any hassle. It's hard to find dependable professionals these days, but this company exceeded my expectations."

Anselmo Betancourt, was very professional, and very knowledgeable. While here on my service call he had a fellow co worker, in training. The manner in which he corresponded to him and the detail in his teaching was very calm, while giving as much attention to the the knowledge that the individual would ever need to do the job. Caldeco is one of the best air conditioning companies my mom or I have ever used. The service men are very respectful and efficient workers. The unit itself is extremely nice and works wonderfully. If you are looking for a central unit for your home, I strongly suggest Caldeco Mechanical Services Inc.

The technicians I dealt with were fine, but this company has really poor follow-up. You're going to have to chase them down to get anything accomplished. My AC stopped working suddenly on a Friday afternoon. Acree had availability for the following afternoon. The technician arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem. Unfortunately it wasn't something he could address immediately He provided a quote but couldn't tell me when someone would be back and recommended I call on Monday. I did so and the person answering the phone seemed to have no record that a technician was already out but made an appointment for the repair on Tuesday. I crossed my fingers that the repair tech would have what he needed and he did. At the end of the appointment, he explained that he had to order a line set cover because he had to cut it to access the repair site and that someone would be in touch in about a week. It's now been over two weeks and when I called back, it didn't seem like the line cover was being handled appropriately and I was assured someone would check into it and get back to me. Well, surprisingly no one has contacted me and my repair is still incomplete 2+ weeks and multiple phone calls later. This picture shows how they left the repair site.

Monday, July 25th I had "Joe The Plumber" come to my residence to look at some work I needed for the hot water heater, clean out sink drains, and cap off and outside flush drain. Apparently, the hot water heater tripped, so he simply hit the reset button and the heater worked again. He said he would have to return in two days to complete the work. I was told he would arrive in 30 min, he arrived more like 45min to 1 hour. On Wednesday Joe called me and said he would arrive in 30min , but again he arrived 45min or so. Punctuality seems not to be a priority. We proceeded to go over the work needed, but the conversation turned to the warranty. What I thought was a discussion, turned out to be a major argument. To note, it wasn't on the work to be done, but the warranty details. Apparently, it was too much of a discussion to wear. He decided he was going to remove himself from the work that was scheduled to be done after I had taken the day off, and just left my house. That was totally unprofessional for Joe The Plumber. He left me stranded with no work done! I called Acree and complained. To Acree's credit they quickly dispatched another plumber to complete the work and salvage my day. Adrian arrived shortly and punctual. I described the work to be done and he got straight to it. Adrian was super professional and a pleasant individual, the antithesis of Joe The Plumber. Adrian completed the work expeditiously and went over all the work completed. I would DEFINITELY use Adrian for future plumbing. Adrian is truly an asset to the Acree staff. Conversely, Joe The Plumber needs (1 Star) to understand the concept of taking care of the customer that coincidently has an Acree membership. I would recommend remedial training for him and at the very least a written reprimand by Acree leadership. Thank You Adrian for saving the day on no notice. (5 Stars)

ACREE Plumbing Air Electric: the service we received for our air conditioners needs was SUPERB! Our 22 year old AC gave up yesterday Sunday 5/31. We called and they sent Cody out to evaluate the problem. He is a gentleman, kind considerate very professional. Well it was dire. The “mother circuit board” was fried. We discussed it and said it’s time to replace the system. 12 hours later,6/1, Ernesto and his partner came out 9 am and began the work to remove and install a new AC unit. These young men were efficient, professional, kind, informed, knowledgeable. They were very careful with our home. Treated us with great respect. After the installation 3 pm they had cleaned up the outside and inside work area. Ernesto reviewed the how toos with the new unit. Informed us that their manger would be coming out to inspection their work. Also, that the county would be coming out to do the inspection. The AC is fantastic. We did not realize how poor our old unit was working. 10 gold ⭐️ to ACER for the fantastic crew from the intake person to the men that came and installed our new AC. Bought a new ac unit from them in June 2023- have had them out more times than I can count because the unit continually blows hot air when any storm/ wind occurs outside. The last time I called in because of this recurring issue I was told somebody would come out- an hour after the appointment the tech never showed, and naturally I called to check in and was informed “someone will be reaching out and that nobody would be coming to our house to check out the unit”- big surprise, nobody called and the issue is still not fixed. Currently sitting in a house with full functioning electricity during the hurricane and cannot turn ac unit on otherwise it blows hot air. Sitting at about 82 degrees. Save your money, save your time. I would never recommend, would love to understand how a company can operate like this. ALSO- checked with the city and they have no record of proper permitting for our ac installation. UPDATE 5/25/26 AC still blowing hot whenever there is a storm. Still waiting for “management” to reach out - otherwise will be following up with the county and the Better Business Bureau.

I was assigned a technician Mike for my electrical work and my appointment was made immediately. Mike was absolutely outstanding! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. What impressed me most was his ability to explain everything in a way that was easy for me to understand without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. He took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly explained the work being done, and made sure I was comfortable with everything every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled at their trade but also genuinely cares about their customers. Mike’s attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to go above and beyond made the entire experience exceptional. If you’re looking for an electrician who is trustworthy, professional, and truly excellent at what he does, I cannot recommend Mike and Acree enough. Five stars isn’t enough!

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!!!!! Fabian introduced himself as from Acree air, and in no time he had my air up and running.!!!! Superb professional workmanship!!!!!! Through Ray's compassionate assistance and concern for my lack of A/C my pets and I are living in luxurious Air conditioning. Fabian also recommended getting the high voltage controller as soon as I could which I will try very hard to budget for. Totally grateful to Acree Plumbing and Electric for the excellence of everyone who has taken care of "my family" over the many years I've been with Acree.. of course, I highly recommend Ray and Fabian for everything you need. These two men carry their customers to their highest workmanship.

I can’t say enough about the crew who installed my new AC. Cesar, Ely, Gene and Savion gave me confidence that the job would be done right. They worked together seamlessly. It wasn’t just their professionalism. I’m currently battling cancer. .The way they interacted in a lighthearted way brought joy to myself and my wife. Hearing them laugh as they worked told me that this is a crew who genuinely liked one another. I was a NYC Firefighter. I know what it means to have that kind of connection to your coworkers. All of that resulted in a job well done. They did a new AC system installation . Not included in the choices below.

George came out for the initial survey and answered all my questions about tank vs. tankless water heaters. He verified my house was a good fit for tankless and provided quotes for both options without any pressure sales tactics, which is something I take seriously and a big reason Acree got my business. A week later, George and Johnnie came out for the installation. They were prompt, polite, professional, and did clean, thorough work. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and will absolutely recommend Acree to others.Thanks again George and Johnnie!

Kenneth was on time. I spent over 700 bucks on the components that he stated were bad. After he left the 2nd time an hour later the problem came back. I didn't want to deal with your company anymore so I called someone else. Within 10 minutes of the other company and technician being at my house i was informed that the components that Kenneth installed were wired backwards yes backwards. I had to spend another 550 bucks to have it done correctly. I am never using your company again plus I have never gotten the receipt sent to me.

HORRIBLE. We purchased a brand new, and extremely overpriced, AC over 2 years ago. Everytime it rains it blows HOT HOT air. They have come out repeatedly with no results. We have been told to basically shove off. Now I'm laying in bed sweating because they won't come fix their problem that we are still dealing with. Really HORRIBLE. Edit:still have not heard from anybody. Once again sitting in the heat. Not because my AC is not running, but because it is blowing hot air and we cannot get it to run correctly after it rains.

Zach was so wonderful! He is professional, knowledgable and considerate. He doesnt try to upsell you (unlike so many plumbing businesses). He listened and then did his own inspection and was able to tell me what was wrong, and how he could help. I would recommend him without reservation and if all the plumbers at Acree are even 1/2 as good as him, they should be everyone’s go-to for emergency or just work in general. The receptionist who i spoke with was also patient and very helpful. 100%, A+++, 10 stars!!
