I was very surprised at how fast Acosta responded. Ernesto was great. He kept us informed about everything as well as options. I recommend them without hesitation.
Bret handled the repair issues in a timely manner. He is always professional and friendly. He coordinated with the roofer. We are very satisfied. Would use Acosta plumbing again.
Ernesto did an excellent job on our water heater. He was on time, easy to talk to, and explained what needed to be done before getting started. The install/repair went smoothly, and everything’s been working great since. Would definitely recommend. A+++ plumbing service.
First time using this company. We needed a kitchen faucet repair/replaced. The guy came out and said it couldn't be repaired so we said that's fine replace it, we already had the replacement faucet. Was quoted $350 to replace faucet. Once the guy got under the sink he realized that the hot/cold connectors we have were 1/2in diameter and the new hot/cold connectors had 3/8in diameter. He then quoted us an additional $125 per connector. Just to screw an adapter on. So $125 x 2 + $350 installation= $600 total to install a kitchen faucet. No thanks. Went to Lowe's and bought 2 adapters for $10 each and paid Lowes to install the Faucet for $189. Guy from Lowes came out and installed it with no issues or asking for more money. Was out a total of $209 vs the $600 this company quoted us. Would not recommend.
