He educated me on maintenance that is needed. I had no idea about…honestly, you learn something new everyday!!! This is services you NEED….and honest GREAT professional service is what was provided and Corey did just that and even included my youngest son answering his questions too!! Excellent service from technician Bee Xiong during thermostat replacement and furnace maintenance. He was a lot of experience and knowledgeable and very efficient. Everything that he inspected, necessary and appropriate service. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I definitely next time call him again

Ace is a great company that I've used several times throughout the years. I found a leaky pipe today and called them at noon to get it scheduled and by 2:30 PM (same day) they came and the repair was completed! The Technicians Josh & Mario did a phenomenal job as usual!!! I wouldn't even consider a different contractor for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

We have a favorite plumber, but he's never available. We've used Ace Plumbing a few times now, & they have always gotten us on thier schedule super quick. This time we had a kitchen sink leak & then they quoted us such a good price for garbage disposal removal that we went ahead & had that done too. Job was done quickly with what seemed no problems or hassles-however, we had to have them come back out a few days later because the sink wasn't draining well. Upon closer inspection we found that 2 of the 5 holes of the sink strainer/basket grate (?) were blocked.Turns out the plastic/silicone (?) washer was mis-shapen (?) which resulted in it covering the drainage holes. They sent a (different) guy out & he fixed it in a few minutes.

There was a plumbing emergency at my place of business. Things were " backed up' and very messy. The toilets were "out of order" and there were about 40 employees working the morning shift. I needed a plumber FAST. I called Ace Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. They sent Dominic out within the hour. Dominic got right to work diagnosing the problem and showed me exactly what he was doing. Once the problem area was located, he was then able to implement an "immediate" solution to the problem. After further inspection, I learned that tree roots had grown into the pipe underground causing the pipe to actually break and also causing the pipe to clog up. In order to have the problem fixed permanently, Dominic would need to return to dig up the broken pipe and replace it. Arrangements were made and Dominic returned a few days later. He did all the work in ONE DAY. I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. He was very friendly and easy to talk to but most of all, I appreciated the way he reassured me that it was all going to be ok. I was so impressed with him and the work that he did on the plumbing issue, that when it came time to replace the air conditioning unit at my same place of business, he was the FIRST person I called. Once again, Dominic came out and assessed the situation, gave us an estimate and it was decided that he would do the work. Our old AC unit was removed and the next day, the NEW unit was installed. Our new AC unit works great. Have not had ANY more plumbing issues and all is right with the world. I would most DEFINITELY recommend Ace Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone and everyone in need of their services. I would also recommend they ask for Dominic to help them if possible. He was really great!!

For the 3rd time since I bought this house in Dec. 2020, my kitchen sink backed up. This time the plumber wasn't able to clear the line & suggested I may have a broken pipe in my slab floor. I found an impressive Ad in an old yellow pages phone book for Ace Plumbing. I called & talked with Chanelle who was very helpful & patient with all my questions & she made an appt for the next morning. Everett showed up on time & after we talked a few minutes, he went right to work. He cleared the line, YAY! What a relief! Then he sent a camera through the line & found a small dip in the line where the ground settled, this is where the buildup of grease & bacteria plugged the line. I watched as the camera went thru the water line & saw the tiny dip in the pipe. He suggested to have the line thoroughly cleaned out using a pipe descaler followed by the Hydo Jet. Everett, is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing, I'm so happy I found Ace Plumbing & they sent Everett to do the job. I am calling Chanelle today to make an appt to have the water line cleaned. I HIGHLY recommend Ace Plumbing & Everett.

I called ACE Plumbing Heating & Air today at 12:30pm to set up an appt for a plumber to come out to fix my clogged toilet because I dropped a pumice stone down the trap. They said a plumber could come out today between 12:30pm - 2:30pm, which was awesome! The plumber, John W. Rustam showed up at 2:00pm. He told me he would try to dislodge & push through the pumice stone with an auger. He was able to do it in just a couple minutes & now my toilet is flushing again! John was very polite & professional. He called 10 minutes prior to his arrival. He introduced himself at the door & placed bootie covers on his shoes. He explained the pricing before beginning the job. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call ACE PLUMBING!

Josh and Mario determined the cause and fixes for stopping a leak at my main water shut-off valve. I was given the option of replacing the valve for around $400, or essentially zero $$ for simply tightening a slightly loosened connection. I opted for the latter. To Josh ‘s and Mario’s credit, and unbeknownst to them, earlier the same day I had received 2 quotes from another plumbing company for either $1100 or an additional $3000 depending on if the fix could be done above ground or below. What I did not receive was a quote to simply tighten a loose connection. Good on Josh and Mario and ACE Plumbing! I will request Josh and Mario on all future service calls. After putting off the full replacement of our HVAC for years, I can’t believe what an easy process it ended up being. The team at Ace Plumbing is a truly top-notch professional team. Technicians Mike and Will did an excellent job installing my new HVAC unit. They were hard working, kind and efficient and made sure the new system was up and running well. Martin had kept my 34 years old unit running well with repairs and maintenance but it was finally time to replace it. If you want an extremely knowledgeable and honest HVAC technician ask for Martin. He will repair your unit if he can and if it’s time to replace it, you can trust him. He’s a technician first, not a salesman. Martin and the technicians at ACE are top notch and I recommend them highly.

I called Ace for an AC that wasn’t working. They sent a tech over about two hours later. The tech, Martin, called to let me know he was on the way. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, explained what he was doing, and ensured everything was in working order before he left. This was the first time I’ve used Ace but I came away impressed. From start to finish, great customer service, prompt attention, and an overall easy transaction.

John and Chad are the guys to request when calling ACE Plumbing! They are awesome! They do the job right and quickly! They respected our home and always put on shoe sleeves whenever they went in and out of our house. They answered any questions we had about our toilet bowls that they installed for us! I was only going to let them install 1 toilet bowl but last minute they installed 3 of them (I purchased the toilets from a store) They are super nice and accomodated my request today! Thanks guys!
