Blake did a great assessment of the old ac unit I requested an estimate for. Showed to be knowledgeable in his trade. Highly recommended! Fair price.

After the gas company had to shut off the gas because of a leak in my gas logs I called Ace Plumbing and Gabriel came very promptly. After reflaring the connection he recommended installing isolation valves on the logs and the other gas appliances so that in future we won’t need to shut off the gas completely in the event of an isolated leak or other problem. Gabriel was pleasant, efficient, and very professional. He explained exactly what he planned to do and what it would cost. I was pleased with his work and would call on Ace again.

Gabriel and Noah arrived on time and worked all day to get our plumbing repairs done! Gabriel was out to get us a quote the day after we called. Once we agreed to the terms him and Noah were out the very next day! Competitive quote and easy to work with! I will definitely recommend these guys moving forward!

They installed/repaired several plumbing lines and a gas line in my house. Afterwards one of the plumbing pipes they repaired was broken and leaked sewage all over my basement. Justin told me on a Friday he would be there either the next day (Saturday) or Monday to fix the break. He didn't show, text or call on Saturday and the same on Monday. On the following Wednesday I had another plumber come out to fix the line so I could use the toilet again (They finally contacted me at the end of that week after I got it fixed to offer to come out). The second plumber also discovered a rag in the line when he repaired it that was left there from the previous work. Additionally the gas line that he installed did not work due to incorrect addition of an unneeded regulator which prevented any propane from continuing through the lines to the stove, (again, had to have someone else come out and fix it). Additionally I noticed on their webpage as well as HomeAdvisor they list themselves as BBB accredited, but after a quick check on the Better Business Bureau website it plainly states "This Business is Not BBB Accredited".

Update: after I wrote this review yesterday, Ace Plumbings drywall guy finally called and asked how quickly I wanted my "small dry wall issue fixed." I told him I would like it pretty soon. That's when he started explaining that he lives an hour and a half from me and didn't know when he could work this into his schedule. I told him never mind. I would do it myself and hung up the phone. What a ridiculous company this is. Stear clear of this mess and go with another company. Even more today, I do not recommend this company. We now have a busted faucet in the yard bc the technicians turned on that water meter to the yard faucets when they were here. We have 2 water meters. It froze last night in the freezing temps, busted open and was leaking underground. The meter that runs the irrigation and faucet system was off before they got here last week. Yet another mistake by Ace.... and another project and cost for me. I do not recommend working with this company. Very high prices for the work they do. $1400 for a reverse osmosis system and faucet install, that I had already bought elsewhere . A hole in the wall beside the refrigerator that was supposed to be behind it for the water line. They were very apologetic, and I was ok with that, until they came back to "fix" it with a crappy attitude and did a poor job. The manager said someone would be calling us to come finish the job. No one ever called or showed. Also, they threw away the manual and box to the faucet, cut the frame to the access panel behind the bathtub, then threw the wood frame piece away. Now I have to make a new frame to put my access panel back on...and The hot water line was kinked, which I had to figure out on my own. So if you would like to be left with more work than you started with, after you pay them $3k, this is the company for you. Me, I will never deal with them again.

I'm posting on here because my post was removed from Google. We hired Ace to: -correct the slope for the T&P valve exhaust pipe for proper drainage. -fastened sink in place at the main level bathroom. -tighten toilet to floor flange connection at rear upper level. None of the work listed above was completed. They claimed they tried to resolve it but were under no obligation to communicate this information to us since we "were not the ones that hired them." The thing is, that we were the ones that hired them. We were the ones that paid them and we are the owners of the property. They were under the assumption that my realtor hired them. My husband and I hired them to perform the jobs that were not completed. All this information in their response should've been explained to us the several times we called. But again, the manager couldn't make time for a call but, of course, had the time to make a long post and play victim. This is the most any of them have communicated with us during the 4 calls we've made. Each time we called we were assured that a manager would get in touch with us. That never happened. They claimed that we used threats towards them to get a refund. That was a blatant lie. We have never used any threats to any of their employees. Future customers, please reconsider. Their post shows so much about their character. They had an honest review removed claiming that we were not the ones that paid for the service. I have attached a screenshot of the payment. We were, in fact, customers of these people. I have also attached their response for context. They claim: "We pride ourselves on our customer service and fairness - fair to the customer and our company - and we will not change our best practices. We love the amazing customers we have and offer top notch services throughout the upstate. If you would like to try to resolve this feel free to contact us." -Actions speak louder than words.

The evaporator coil in my AC system started leaking recently, which was causing my condenser to freeze and fail to reach cool temperatures inside. After receiving high quotes from a few places, and other companies trying to sell me entire system replacements, ACE gave us a better estimate than everyone else, and never tried to sell me more than what I needed. They were able to source a replacement coil quickly and schedule the install the following business day (Monday following a Friday inspection). Jonivan did an excellent job with the install. Not only did he get our system running perfectly again, he was very friendly and professional, was careful to keep the noise level down while our daughter napped, always wore shoe covers while in the house, and cleaned up everything before leaving. This is my first time receiving service from ACE, but if I need it again, it won’t be the last. Top-notch organization all around, and one that I’d be happy to work with again.

We had water under the floor of our kitchen and called Ace to investigate.Gabriel was the second tech we had come out. Tony came first. Tony discovered a leak from our dishwasher. He explained everything, in detail, answering all of my questions, and went on his way. While doing dishes a few days later, I saw water and was nervous we had a deeper issue. So we called back and got to meet Gabriel. He tested the sink drain, went under the house and discovered no new leak. Both men were professional, knowledgeable, patient and overall kind. I highly recommend Ace and will be using them again! Thank you for an awesome experience in a horrible situation.

I had a fantastic experience with Ace Plumbing! They installed a new water heater for me in just 3 hours—quick, efficient, and hassle-free. Bryson and Max were both extremely professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently without cutting corners and made sure everything was done right. Bryson and Toni with Ace Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing about 30 feet of my sewer main line. From start to finish, they were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They showed up on time, and kept the work are clean throughout the process. The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail you can tell they take pride in their work. Highy recommend Bryson and Toni if you're looking for reliable, top quality plumbing work!

Update 11/28/25 Austin and Gabriel came out to finish our kitchen renovation. They had to install the dishwasher (we supplied) and also the disposal and water filtration system (they supplied). They got everything done and working properly. They gave my wife and I a quick run through on how it all worked and the time frame for changing the water filters. And they came in under our plumbing budget for the kitchen. They were here all day but they got everything done.

We had our outdoor sewage line completely damaged from roots and ACE really did a phenomenal service. They worked into the night to ensure we had working pipes and then back in the morning in the freezing cold to make sure the landscaping was maintained as best as possible. I don’t know all the names of the workers but Gabe was the person who worked with me the most. He is very professional I would highly recommend this group

We’ve had Ace install a gas line and multiple electrical outlets for us. We have been impressed with the quality of work. Each technician assigned to our jobs have been extremely courteous and professional especially Luke who we specifically requested run a gas line to our grill. The company was recommended to us by Piedmont gas which speaks volumes IMO. We will use them for all of our electrical, HVAC, and plumbing needs.

I was recommended to use Ace by my sister who has had a maintenance plan with them for years. Just had my first experience and it was amazing. Blake did an amazing job, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was respectful of property and a joy to deal with. Definitely will be preparing for the water filtration install after seeing the water test. So glad I picked Ace and will definitely be recommending!

I have used Ace for the last year upon a recommendation from my neighbor. The service techs are always professional, polite and have provided honest services. They installed our new AC unit Water Heater and Generac generator. They also installed the gas line for our generator and the new tankless waterheater which we love. I would highly recommend Ace for all your electrical and plumbing needs.
