Only 07/23, I had lost all hot water from my 16 year old Rheem water heater. I made a call to AccuServe Plumbing & Drain and spoke to Mike. This was definitely after hours at 9:00 PM. Mike spent the time to trouble shoot some of the common problems my water heater could have potentially have been experiencing. The following day, I attempted to fix my water heater with the assistance of Mike on the line. Mike was very transparent and provided a service to me that blew away my expectations. He wasn't asking for anything return, just that I had my water heater fixed for my family. Inevitably, the 16 year old water heater was a lost cause. I went to Home Depot and Mike guided me in which water heater would be most compatible for me. It was Saturday afternoon when I asked if Mike could come help me install the unit. Mike told me our only matching availability would be Tuesday. He advised me to call around to see if any other companies would be able to assist me as he knew not having hot water was a huge issue for my family. Rather than calling other companies to install it at an earlier time, I stuck with AccuServe due to their professionalism and transparency over the phone. Mike arrived on Tuesday with his son Shane and they were able to install the new water heater without any further issues. Thank you Mike and Shane for your hard and honest work.

Mike and Shane are by far the best plumbers I have ever dealt with. When I needed a new water heater, I called about six different plumbers, and Mike stood out right away. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain everything. He also mentioned he recommends Bradford White water heaters, which he said were the best and that was one of my prerequisites, as I only wanted Bradford White based on my research as well. His quote was also very competitive. Since I had no hot water, this was an urgent job, and Mike made it a priority to get it taken care of quickly. When he and Shane arrived on time, they were professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. They did not rush or cut corners, just solid, quality work. Even when I had a concern/questions after the install, they took care of it immediately, no questions asked. It’s rare to find this level of service and integrity nowadays, thank you!

When my water heater broke down and I called, Mike (the owner) answered the phone and helped diagnose the issue and gave me an ETA. He communicated well over the phone and via text. Him and his son were able to replace my water heater quickly and efficiently! This father son team has the most fair pricing and best customer service because you work with who you speak to on the phone. Quality service with no overcharging and no upselling.
