Grateful for the installation of our water heater. Our installer, Dave, worked quickly, but was not in a rush. He did a great job greeting our dogs and winning them over. Job was competently completed in two hours. Our family is happy to have hot water again.

Dave replaced two Koehler faucets for us. He is great! Very efficient and organized. He cleaned well after install and explained a few things to us about the new faucet. Great experience!

Dave and his colleague came to help with my basement renovation after a consult with Brian (owner) explaining my options and all of his recommendations and aspects to consider. They were on time, noticeably respectful of my house and confirmed the work to be done. This team finished quickly and to a high degree of quality given the scope of the work and the frequent interruptions from my overly friendly dog (who they welcomed with a dog treat). I even caught them cleaning up an area of the basement that could have been easily ignored. Dave Kramer from Accurate Plumbing Pros did an excellent job for us. They were fast and arrived right within the time window they provided, which I really appreciated. They also gave us a heads-up when they were on the way. We had them replace our sump pump and install a new cover, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Dave made sure everything draining into the sump was properly plumbed to help reduce odor. The new cover was securely sealed, which not only helps prevent smells but also keeps debris out of the pit and protects the pump. Overall, the service was professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Dave Kramer and Accurate Plumbing Pros to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I was blown away by the professionalism of the whole team and speed at which the work was completed! From the first phone call to when Dave, who came to do the work, walked out of our home, nothing but a positive experience. I even asked to add a repair while Dave was in the middle of his task and he didn’t even hesitate to say he would take care of it. All work was completed for a reasonable amount even with it being an emergency, pipe burst in the basement. The owner even saved us some money by letting us know that Public Works could do part of the job that they could do also. I’m so relieved to know that I can call Accurate Plumbing Pros anytime and feel like I will be helped quickly and fairly!

Brian and his team did an exceptional job. We had a large project of converting galvanized to copper from the meter throughout our entire house. We had a couple other companies give us quotes and Brian stood out with his calm approach, offering multiple solutions whether we went with Accurate Plumbing or not. Brian and his team showed up promptly when he said they would. The team was knowledgeable, very kind and clean. They went above and beyond. From the front office to the crew, everyone was professional and efficient with their time and mine. Highly recommend!

We are so happy with the installation of our 2 new Koehler toilets . The plumbers that accurate plumbing sent were so amazing. They did such a nice job installing our toilets and found that our guest bathroom toilet was never bolted to the floor. We are grateful to find a great plumbing company. Thank you guys so much and we will be using you for future plumbing issues. Kyle came back to adjust our toilet lever it kept running he did a great job tweaking for us being I bought my own matte black lever. Thx Kyle for doing a great fix so quick.

Dave came out because our basement toilet wouldn’t flush in the home we just bought. He was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us informed with all the work that was needed. When we learned it would be more work than we thought he did a great job in explaining it and showing me what was failing in our plumbing. He got the pump all taken care of quickly and was thorough in making sure everything worked before he left. Would absolutely recommend Accurate Plumbing Pros to anyone. When I called Accurate Plumbing as a new customer with a leaking water heater, Brian the owner, was at my house in less than 20 minutes for an estimate. Brain provided me with a fair quote for a new water heater and installation and even had it installed 3 hours later! To say I was amazed was an understatement. Brian and the crew who came to work on installing my new water heater were all friendly, prompt and respectful. While I hope I don't have many future plumbing issues, if I do I know who I'm calling.

I am new to the McHenry area, Brian came out to diagnose a tricky problem we had with our hot water not getting hot enough and lower water pressure at a few of our faucets and showers. Everyone is so personable and trustworthy! My concern was addressed immediately, they give you a two hour window when they will come to your home, an email is sent prior to their arrival with a picture of the technician. They really work to solve the issue, take pictures if it’s in the crawl space to show the problem and then the fix. I completely trust their assessment of the problem and the remedy. I definitely recommend Accurate Plumbing Pros Inc.

Dave arrived @ 8:00 am. Completed Bradford White 50 Gal Gas Tank Water Heater installation. Installation complete @ 10:00 am. Accurate Plumbing Pros submitted the most reasonable quote. The installation by Dave was professional and fast. I have another plumbing project coming up. I will certainly contact Accurate Plumbing for a quote. I highly recommend this plumbing contractor for any of your plumbing needs.
