Absolute Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air

I call this morning and Absolute was able to dispatch a technician this afternoon! Richard was polite, had a great attitude, and was able to diagnose and repair our boiler quickly and for a fair price! I’ll definitely be calling back whenever I need anything else for our pluming!

We have been working with Absolute Plumbing for a couple years and they have always been extremely professional and knowledgable as well as reasonably priced. We had two technicians come out. The first, Gabriel, was very friendly and super knowledgable. He was able to fix our issue , fast and efficient. The next day we had Dylan come out to scope our line and he was very friendly and knowledgable as well. Both did an excellent job!

Vincent installed a Toto toilet with a bidet & replaced the water supply line ($592) Ian installed a GFCI outlet to operate the bidet ($425) both techs were excellent! incredibly knowledgeable, answered all questions & then some & cleaned up afterwards I will use again should the need arise

incredibly overpriced quote to replace garbage disposal... quoted over $550 to install a garbage disposal. I had purcahsed the unit -- that was not included in their $550 quote. I had to pay their $75 service call fee. I will never call this company again.

Update: I had my issue resolved as stated in my original review I dont wish to discuss the matter further as I have found another company. We had a relatively bad experience with our furnace and the service there as we called in to speak to the manager we found out that he was no longer with the company so from what we know they have had like 3 in 3 months Absolutely insane maybe that should have been a clue. We requested to talk to the GM... now I work some crazy hours so I figured a blue collar place gets going early. Apparently not the GM Ty dosent get in to his office until after 10am. Extreamly frustrating. I eventually got through to somebody who was abel to help me Alex the plumbing manager. He was able to help and was professional i dont know what is wrong with the Hvac department but it may be a reflection of the GM who dosent have time to run his company correctly. I won't use Absolute again.

Update 4/27/26 - Yes, we came back to Absolute Plumbing, but this time for a sewage smell permeating the house. They sent Randy Day who diagnosed the problem in minutes. Turns out we needed to simply replace the wax seal and ultimately a whole new toilet due to an old design flaw. Randy was friendly, helpful, efficient and quick in replacing the toilet and we very much appreciate it. All staff at Absolute is very friendly and helpful. We will continue to to to Absolute for all our plumbing needs. Original post 2024?? - What a saving grace for us! After our water heater went out we quickly discovered the mess that previous owners left for us. The service team that supported us, Dylan, Carlos, Travis, Caesar and his crew, bent over backwards to take care of us. They were careful and made sure not to leave a headache for the next owners. They informed us every step of the way know and helped us mitigate future programs. As much as we like them, because they were so friendly and helpful, we really don't want to have to see them again. A special thanks to Dylan, Carlos, and Travis who took special care of us. Update: 1/13/25 We've continued to use Absolute Plumbing, Electrical, heating and air. This time Dessa came out about our furnace which was shutting off and overheating. She was super knowledgeable and had the problem resolved in minutes. Great job! Update: 2/18/25 We also use them for our heating issues and Dessa has been great in helping us diagnose our furnace problem. She has come out multiple times as we tick off variables that aren't the culprit. I think we have it now and she has been great about coming out and looking at it.

Best rate for the work but left an absolute mess in the yard. Couldn’t keep the first appointment and had to reschedule. Did the work in the snow and completely ripped up the yard. Ripped out a bush without talking to anyone. Left the site without telling anyone the job was complete and left our garage door open. They did come and clean up the yard after I wrote this review. Not 5-star service but at least they tried to make it right. I’m updating this review because Absolute will not get back to my insurance company to fulfill my claim. The insurance company has documented several calls and Absolute has not provided them with information or returned their phone calls. They are essentially withholding $10,000 from me. I’ll also mention that no one at Absolute recommended going through homeowners insurance which would’ve saved me a lot of money. They don’t care about their customers. I would use someone else if I had to go through this again. Oh and they use a BS AI customer service rep named “Levi” when they don’t want to speak with you.

WARNING please read the whole thing I don’t want somebody else’s father or grandparents to go through what I just went through this company is a fraud I just found out that they took advantage of me .they are preying on elderly people I am 66 years old and on disability and I told them that was the reason I wanted to fix my sprinkler system. they didn’t care all they wanted is to make money at any cost. My sprinkler system was shooting water out of the top and they replaced the whole assembly after I told them that it was recently been changed. The old one was over 14 years old and the one they replaced wasn’t even a year old and they had to know that there was nothing wrong with it.the one that they replaced it with is doing the same thing. I just noticed that. The only problem was that it has two shut off valves and I was only opening the first valve .worse scenario it just needed a backflow preventer that cost $20 dollars.please protect your elders

We had Gabriel Carr come out to the house to take a look at a clogged toilet that we just couldn’t fix on our own. Gabriel was fantastic, he was communicative from the time he texted us to let us know when he was going to arrive all the way through the procedure. He was great at explaining everything, payment options, the subscription option - and walked us through the process that he was going to execute on. All in all, he fixed everything perfectly and left the bathroom nicer than when he arrived. Will definitely have Absolute Plumbing back out for any needs if Gabriel is any indication of the type of technicians they employ. Um……kudos for a killer AI call bot - I honestly had no idea if I was talking to a bot or a person and felt like a total idiot when it was revealed that it was in fact a bot. Very efficient, no issues, and convincing! Great work Gabriel and Absolute. Thank you for the service.

Jeremy Anderson was such a pleasure to have over. Air force veteran that is really passionate about his work. Expertise in plumbing and water management within my home was spot on and was more than helpful. Would like to also mention Tobias Welsh. Very experienced electrician - was willing to spend time with me and walk me through a few tips and tricks that would save me some money. It is because of people like Wayne and Tobias that I will continue to be a member of absolute. You truly get what you pay for. Quality - and just genuine good people. Just want to add - on May 15 I had Ari Gugino come by to service my AC. Amazing young man. Love this organization and level of service. Lifelong customer!

I was having thermostat & temperature-regulation issues at my Wheat Ridge home. I had used Absolute in the past, and they sent out technician Richard Brown, who was incredibly helpful. He correctly diagnosed the issue, found the cause of the problems, and got my heating system back running before noon the day of my service. Richard was also superbly communicative throughout the process (a HUGE deal for me). He said when he was on his way, explained issues as they were discovered, and clearly outlined costs associated with the parts & labor. After the issue was resolved, Richard relayed that he stands by his work -- giving me peace of mind. Thanks so much to Richard Brown and the Absolute team!

Beware: predatory company! They significantly overcharge for basic services and claim you have issues that don’t actually exist. I was charged literally 5 times the amount for Freon, they didn’t recommend finding and fixing the leak which I found out later is very important, and claimed there is caked on dirt and debris in the system. I hired a different company who came out and tested and found the leak, repaired it and filled the Freon for significantly cheaper and didn’t find any dirt or debris caked on anywhere in the system. Make sure to get multiple quotes and do some research. This is a very horrible company.

I had my third water leak since I have had my home so I called Absolute. I have called them 3 times now for different plumbing issues and they have been able to come help within 24 hours each time and always do an amazing job! This time they sent Randy to come fix my plumbing woes. I asked him if he could check/repair all of my water supply lines and he did. He also found a couple of additional issues including another small leak near my washing machine and issues with my water pressure being too high. We got all that fixed and now I have peace of mind that (hopefully) my house will stop leaking from random places.

Absolute is very professional and communicative. Their technicians and inspectors are great to work with and are always willing to answer questions about various things. I appreciate that they provide recommendations without making you feel forced to buy something. They have saved us multiple times, including an emergency dispatch for a backed up sewage pipe. Sometimes on the pricier side for services but you get what you pay for!

We were traveling when a freeze came through. I left a hose connected to one of the outside spigots. Needless to say, caused some issues. Our basement is finished but Mike was able to locate the pipe quickly. He explained the entire process including that there would be a hole in the bathroom ceiling but he would minimize how much dry wall he’d cut through. He had it fixed in no time!! Thank you!
