Absolute Plumbing inspected our septic system within minutes of calling them on a Saturday evening due to our septic alarm going off. They cleaned our aerator which was clogged up and even waived the service fee. We will definitely be using Absolute Plumbing for all of our septic servicing!
Bill was a very nice man. Diagnosed the problem on the phone, came ready to install the part. Was very honest!! Very reasonable pricing. He dealt with our home warranty company!! Highly recommend this company and Bill!!
I go down to the basement and notice that it is very wet down there but no puddles. Next child is now in the shower and I am watching water come up out of the basement drain - my septic is over flowing. I called a rooter company and they came out, dug up my front yard and pumped my tank, filled the hole and went no further with any kind of diagnostic before telling me that my entire system needs replaced and it was going to be in the $20k range. My yard was left a hot mess after they were done, requiring a weekend to level the area and lay seed and straw - I needed a second opinion. Absolute Plumbing came out and, unlike the other company, they actually took the time to inspect my system to discover that my distribution tank was sludged up and not allowing flow into the drain field. They dug up and replaced the distribution tank (because it was also breaking down) and confirmed my drain field was fine. They even let me see the finished work after the tank was installed. During the whole process they demonstrated that they were there to do the job right. They were professional and communicated with me throughout the entirety of the job. Once they were complete they made sure that my yard was in good order, the dirt was packed down nicely, my driveway swept clean and they even put down seed and straw. God forbid I have any more issues in the future, but I will be a returning customer should that be the case.
I have a rental where the hot water tank went out. My property manager contacted absolute plumbing and hired them for the job with a bid of 2500 to 2800. There was no stairs easy access. How can a 50 gal hot water tank cost almost 3k?oh it was gas. I priced the same tank at 675 to 825. I stand corrected on this. I did not understand that I had a power vent gas water heater. It cost more and takes a lot more installation work. Price was fair. Only problem was they forgot to put a drip pan in place. They are correcting that. Tank works great and tenants are very pleased
I called Absolute on the recommendation of my real estate agent to get a septic tank pumping and inspection. The tank had not been pumped in a long time, so there was a sludge buildup on the bottom, but they took the necessary time to backwash and to loosen and remove all the sludge and to clean out the tank properly. The cost was quite reasonable.
