Always happy with Tommy’s work. He’ll make the time in his schedule to come by, evaluate, and explain every situation. I’ve used Absolute Plumbing for 2 separate plumbing jobs, one an upgrade and one a repair. Both times I was extremely satisfied with the work.
Tommy is one of the most dependable plumbers I know. He is knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I’m a first time home buyer and Tommy walked through my house with me and helped me make the right decision about preventative repairs to the plumbing in my house. I haven’t had any issues.
Before we used Absolute Plumbing and Heating, we called a different plumber each time we had a problem with our old house. For the last approximately 20 years we’ve used Absolute Plumbing and Heating exclusively. Tom takes pride in his work and cleans up like he was never there. He has always responded to emergency calls quickly. He shows up when he says he will, and if a job has delayed him, he has always called to let us know. He stays until the job is done. Little jobs, big jobs, we call Absolute Plumbing and Heating.
I called this gentlemen for service, he asked if i could take a picture of the issue, in which I did and sent it to him and I never received a call back from him, he never expressed that he was busy and to try him at a later date. After reading some of the reviews I know why now. Stay clear, dont waste your time with people who don't wanna be borthered with you, my money is green, how about yours!! FOH!
I had an absolutely horrific experience with absolute plumbing. Tommy was super blunt/borderline rude on the phone which I dismissed as Jersey charm. I have a newborn baby and a leaky shower. He came and fumbled around for an hour, going back and forth to his truck and mostly talking on the phone. Only to tell us he couldn’t do anything. He said he would have to saw the valve off because he couldn’t do it manually. Said he was going to have to go to the store and get parts and didn’t know how long it would take. His fee to come look at the problem was $180. I asked if he could do the job for a flat fee of $500 and he said no, and that he would just keep charging by the hour. I called Rocco’s plumbing. They came the next day, and I kid you not, fixed the valve in TEN MINUTES FLAT, with no problems. Tommy really ripped this new mama off, and I just had to share my experience.
