Austin at Above & Beyond Electric provided quick, efficient, and knowledgeable guidance on our electric issues. He arrived at the time stated, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided an easy to understand and fair quote for the repairs. Once agreed, he immediately began repairing the faulty issues. Within a few hours, every issue was taken care of and either repaired or replaced as stated. Austin was incredibly helpful, and provided exemplary customer service. If we have electrical issues in the future, Above & Beyond will be the first number I call for quick, fair assistance. My family is thankful for Kim and Austin for responding quickly and getting our electrical issues resolved in lightning speed. Thanks again!

Austin and Zane from Above & Beyond arrived on time. We had a row of three electrical switches that would not turn on. They checked out the problem, looked over the electrical panel and immediately fixed the problem! No wasted time, got right to it! And gave some advice on our air conditioning and smoke alarms. They did a great job. Highly recommend!

I’m happy with the service overall. Price for services were on the higher end but still went with this company as I trust their work is safe. Had electrical and plumbing work done throughout the home and did need to use the 1 year warranty callback which they honored extensively. After the warranty callback work was done, they had a county inspector sign off on the work to let me know everything was left to code and in a safe manner as one of the services was to replace my entire electrical panel. I’m not worried about the quality of their work after the callback service. Overall, 4 out of 5, would have been 5 out of 5 if prices were better and if no callback was needed in my specific experience. (Although they did help me with a 10% discount for a couple of the services that were done) Also, they’re very respectful and even cover their shoes before entering the home which I thought was a kind gesture. Without the service callback work, I would rate them a 3 but in my case, they honored the warranty so definitely 4+ rating.

Jensen and Wyatt were awesome! Very friendly and answered all of my questions. They installed a transfer switch, routed circuits and added dedicated outlet for charging my battery generators as well as a couple other outlets for a bidet and chest freezer.
