This is an excellent company! Matt was the technician who worked diligently to fix my sewer line problem. He was knowledgeable, efficient, answered my questions patiently and completely, and was very pleasant! The work was done competently, and the charge was very reasonable. I will most definitely use the company again and also request Matt.

We have used this company throughout the years and they have generally been a good contract plumber. They base their pricing now as a fixed project based pricing. We were charged $650 on a simple 3/4 ballvalve replacement. After requesting more details as to how they were able to come to that pricing we were told it was written on the invoice. We then asked why we weren't informed how much the repair would be prior to the repair and the receptionist informed me that the plumber said if we would have asked he would have told us. That's really bad practice. Overall I would say although they are good contractors they lack in transparency.

I called them for a shower faucet leak. They ended up installing a new single handle faucet and I must admit that they did a good job even if it was a bit pricey (which I paid in cash). Problem was that they knocked 6 tiles off my shower wall. I was told they would send out a tile setter to fix it in a couple days. well, after I think it was 5-6 days, I emailed them and they ignored me with no response. I waited until the 8th day and called them. I was told they was aware of the problem and that they would contact Mike the Plumber and if he hasn't contacted a tile setter that they would and call me later that day which they didn't do. The faucet was installed on the 7th and here it is the 17th and I've heard nothing.

DARRELL IS A SUPER HERO!! This amazing, trustworthy, kind, honest and hardworking man just left our home and got our water heater's pilot light going after speaking with him yesterday about our situation where we failed twice to get it lit. In this horrible weather of freezing temps, snow and ice, he showed up today, on time, and with a new hot water heater just in case we needed it, ready to fix our problem! What a pleasant surprise it was that not only was he able to get it lit, but told us we didn't need the hot water heater he bought with him and was he nice enough NOT TO CHARGE US for ANY of it!! People of that high quality caliber are so rare these days and we are just to thankful and grateful to him especially since HI-TECH came a hour before, took a bogus $79 service fee, told us we needed a new hot water heater that would cost 2.5K to 3K installed and would be able to get to it next week!! This is the simple difference between a reputable business and a scam artist...you should read the scathing review I left for that poor excuse of a business...a thousand thankyous Darrell!! ABOVE ALL IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!

What a stand out company this is. Have had a lot of issues with my older home this last year, and dealt with a lot of companies, many of whom were rude, over-priced, less than knowledgeable or disappointing in other ways, but Darryl and all the folks at Above All were amazingly efficient, professional and courteous. During the disastrous aftermath of February's severe freeze when getting a plumber to answer the phone was almost impossible, Katy and Erica were helpful, calm and efficient at getting my service scheduled. Crews came when they said they would, and no one could have worked harder at the extensive excavating and replumbing job necessary after the aging pipes gave out on part of my septic system. They also installed new kitchen and bathroom fixtures for me, and did everything promptly and at a fair price. I recommend this company highly for honesty, consistency and competence, and would use them again without hesitation for any plumbing problem I might have. Thanks to all of them! Only plumber in Edmond that had someone answer the phone on my first call and schedule an appointment within the same call. I called 5 different companies. Only plumber in Edmond that had appropriate staff for their work volume to handle the call within 24 hrs and not have me as a backup in case of a cancellation. Richie was very professional and rather than just replacing the busted part as planned, dug a little deeper and found that the original had been installed improperly and was already broken when initially installed. A.K.A. He went above and beyond to actually find and correct the root cause of the issue and not just take my money and install a part that would have still had issues behind it and continued to create problems. Their trucks are well stocked and organized. Similar to commercial outfits I’ve worked with in the past. They show up ready to tackle whatever problems they may encounter and you can tell they run their business well. I called to tell the owner / manager the same and thanked them.

I have used Above All Plumbing (AAP) on different properties before. I can’t begin to thank the guys at AAP for the quick, professional & sympathetic service they provided. I was in a time crunch selling a property and they responded quickly. Everyone was very professional, listened to my needs and provided the best cost efficient solution to my problems. I would highly recommend you giving them a call for any plumbing issues you have and I would DEFINITELY give them a call for a second estimate before doing any plumbing work from another company. Daryl and his team are the kind of people you hope to hire! These guys did a great job and stand behind their work. In my case, a utility company doing work on same location, caused damage that didn’t reveal itself for months. When I asked Daryl to look into it, he uncovered the damage and repaired it because they warranty their work. Never mind the finger-pointing blame-game between the gas utility and THEIR contractor (who I believe ultimately caused damage during their work), Daryl was mission focused on my behalf. Many, many thanks!

We have been having issues with our hot water heater, that we installed ourselves. They came out and inspected it and helped us to troubleshoot. It is up and running again. We are hoping it will keep working, but if it does not, we will know it is a faulty hot water heater and we will be calling them to install a new one. I appreciate their willingness to work with us and help us resolve any possible issues before choosing to replace it. Their costs were reasonable. Everyone was very nice and professional. I recommend their services.

The first plumber that came out was very good. Unfortunately he didn't have the proper equipment to do the job. A week later they sent some young kids that were supposed to bring the proper equipment. I talked to them and showed them what I needed done and I left for approx 20 minutes came back out and they were no longer there. I tried calling the service tech but he wouldn't answer my calls so I called the office and they stated that the plumbers were done. I'm sorry but there is no way you can Camara a sewer line in 20 minutes.

I had a collapsed sewer line and got 3 quotes - $17,000, $11,000, and $9,500(Above All Plumbing-who was also referred to me by a friend.) They were prompt in getting the job done, and even did some extra work around the back yard at no charge that I couldn't do by myself. At last count, I saw 58 5 star reviews for them. I'm pleased to give them #59. Since the sewer job, they replaced my hot water heater, removed roots from underground pipes, and a couple of other minor jobs. Very nice folks, and very professional.

Above all plumbing is the only plumbing business I found around where I live, that does free estimates (I called about 5 plumbing companies). It’s a good business strategy because I chose above all plumbing after receiving my estimate. The price was fair for the job from what I found online. Tech Michael did a great job, is efficient, and professional. I asked a couple plumbing questions and he was happy to answer them. I would recommend above all plumbing and will definitely use them in the future.
