They took a water hose hooked it inside the condo and was draining dirty water/ debri from the toliet / water heater from 226 into the front yard of 224 . A professional plumbing company would have drained the dirty water / debris into backyard going into the woods . The owner of 224 was not happy . She called the owner to let him know what happened . …”
