Technician Julio Roche was able to answer all of the questions regarding the job ( AC MAINTENANCE SERVICE)and he was very helpful and taking the time to explain something we need to taking care in the future. Today Chris and Abe, caming to work and HVAC duct& vent cleaning and they did a great job, they taking their time to do the work and with this big machine the vent are like new but the best thing is all the dust where out front the duct. I really appreciate the good job this guys did.

I scheduled an A/C maintenance appointment, but the technician only performed a diagnostic and did not complete the whole system maintenance or cleaning, the filter was not changed either. Before leaving, he stated that my A/C system would be down in two weeks to one month…… The service summary later stated, “customer use us diagnostic and cleaning,” Which is inaccurate. This was a complete mismatch between the service I booked and what I received, with poor communication and misleading documentation.

If I could give negative stars I would! We called for a very minor plumbing issue. They basically sent salesmen out as a “technician” to quote us almost $600 for the repair but then spent almost two hours putting together quotes for some other services and said he could do the $600 repair “for free” if we choose to install other items which cost thousands of dollars. We said we just wanted the repair we called for and we were told he would have to have the “technician” dispatched because he didn’t do the repairs himself. Not once did he mention he was solely there to sell us things, and that he in fact was not the person there to repair the issue we called about! We called the company to discuss the frustration and requested our “service call fee” refunded and we were told no because we were given a quote by the “technician.” The “customer service” person had no care at all about our situation and sounded like she was just reading from some script. I asked for a manager and was told the turn around for a manager to contact me back was 24-48 hours. We use to love Super heat and air but they have taken a turn for the worse. I would advise to stay clear of this company as they over charge now and just try to sell you things you don’t need. Not to mention they are not transparent!

This company has been terrible from the start. I decided to put a whole house water filtration system in back in March 2025. They were supposed to show up on a Monday and never showed and never called. When I called them they told me they were missing a part and it would be there the next day and they would install the next day. Guess what - they didn’t show the next day. When I called and asked why I was told I didn’t have an appointment. They apologized and said they were switching systems cause ABC bought Super or the other way around. Finally I canceled because after sitting home from work for 2 days and with what a system costs it wasn’t worth it to me, especially since the manager insultingly offered me $100 off to continue with the system install. A few months after 2 very nice technicians showed up to do routine maintenance on my AC and we chatted about the experience and they made some calls and after I was offered an apology promotion I decided to do the install on the water filtration again. They actually showed up and installed it but when they left and I started to run water and flush toilets the water was black (mind you this was after they had flushed everything). I called and kept getting an automated voicemail and could not get in touch with anyone. I remembered I had the technicians cell and thankfully he answered and came back - problem solved. Fast forward they were supposed to come today to change the filter on the system. Surprise - no one showed. I called twice and was told by Stephanie (rudely I might add) that I never confirmed my appointment YET I spoke to the technician on his cell phone when he told me he was on his way and I have 2 different text confirmations showing I confirmed my appointment yesterday AND today. I asked to speak to a manager and was told it would need to be escalate and and I could expect a call in 48 hours. This is customer service at it’s WORST.

The company is professional but I’ve had an issue with communication and an issue with ridiculous estimates. Recommendations- I mentioned the toilet runs on occasion (but not problematic) and the plumber recommended 2 extreme options, 1) replace the entire toilet or 2) rebuild the interior for $800+….. I asked if they had considered replacing the flapper, a $15 part that I’ve replaced on my own numerous times. The plumber confirmed it would likely solve the problem but that he couldn’t help since that service isn’t offered by ABC. They did something similar with my AC last month. The drain line clogged and they refused to simply vacuum it out, they wanted $200+ for a full service. Communication- Their AI answered the phone and scheduled my appointment. It said it would take notes about my request and send me a confirmation email. The email never came so I contact their customer service rep to make sure their tech was i formed about entry instructions and the issue at hand. Neither the AI or the human passed along my notes.
