Dana and Daniel were great! On time, very knowledgeable and helpful by answering all of my questions. My toilet was flushing constantly and would not stop. Replaced valve and flap. 240.00 is not too bad. Will use them again.

ABC Plumbing was recommended to us by some close friends and we’re so glad we went with them! All of their staff is friendly and respectful. ABC Plumbing has been to our home multiple times to help us with the installation of a new toilet, repairing a leaking outdoor faucet and more recently, did an annual check-up and water heater flush. Pricing has always been reasonable. We will continue using their services in the future!

ABC plumbing assisted me during the snow/ice storm. My first contact was with Tammy, and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Jovi and Kodee came out promptly. Luckily there was no problem detected. Jovi and Kodee were friendly, professional and informative. I would definitely reach out to them again with any future plumbing issues.

We called on a Saturday morning ( 8:30 ish) to see about having our sewer line checked for leaks. All we got was a voicemail with a name that was unidentifiable, and when we tried to leave a message, the voicemail box was full.

I had this company come out to my home to figure out what was wrong with my outside water spickets. Both stopped having good water pressure. A young guy came out and looked for about 2 hours, and I was charged $426.50 for the guy to determine that there was build up inside my valves. Once I received that invoice, I called to speak to the owner of the business because I thought that was ridiculous. The guy who came out to the house to diagnose constantly kept calling someone else to have him tell him how to diagnose the problem on the phone, which took more time. The owner ended up giving me $48 discount, which I still though was unfair, but better than nothing. Then the same young guy came back and I was charged $213.00 to have 2 turn quarter ball valves replaced. Once installed, they made sure pressure was good and there were no leaks and left. I was also charged a $15 fuel surcharge every time they came out to my house, which is 2.7 miles (8 minutes) away from their business. So I’m out $639.50 to replace 2 ball valves replaced. And on top of that, I’m being charged a service fee as well as a fuel charge. I would highly not recommend this company.

Had a small pin hole leak in a pipe in the front yard, called on a Monday Steven and Jayden were here the next day, located the leak and repaired right away,as soon as I knew we had a plumbing problem there was only one company to call, I wouldn't recommend any other company for all your plumbing needs, professional, courteous, and always gets the job done, especially with the bad weather coming I knew I could count on ABC, thank you Vickie ,yet another 5 Star review had a leaky faucet in my bathtub and desperately wanted new faucets so I called ABC and the owner actually came out to give me an estimate and the next day Beaudy and Spencer were here and did an amazing job, it was as if they were working on their own home, professional efficient and cleaned everything up just as they found it, this is why I will always be an ABC customer, thank you and shout out to the girls in the office as well 🤗 7/21/2023, yet another 5 Star review I'd give them a 10 if possible,Brian and Eli repaired the overflow plate in my bathtub,noticed it was loose and called late Thursday and they were here before noon the next morning. Highly recommend their services!!! thanks guys for making my life a little bit easier, There are not enough stars in the sky for me to review this company and their employees,had an estimate done for a leak under my kitchen sink and when the leak seemed to be getting worse I accepted the estimate given to me and as always when I called Brian was here first thing the next morning and did the necessary repair, there's no other company I would even consider calling,thank you Brian and the whole ABC family,you just can't buy Trust!!!! Worst plumber experience! ABC was recommended by the Faucet Parts Store in Arlington and I wish they hadn't. They are shake-down artists and home-destroyers. Firstly, they showed up late after giving a four hour window. One of them looked like a middle-schooler and both tracked their dirty shoes all through the house instead of simply walking around to the backyard spigot where the problem was. Although it was just a simple part that needed replacing, they claimed they couldn't get access to it without sawing off a large piece of the outdoor siding. While doing this, they damaged the gutter pipe with the saw. Instead of cutting cleanly through the wood so we could reattach it, he tore off the last inch so it was unusable and had to be completely replaced at our expense (Wasted an hour at Home Depot trying to find 3.5 x 3/4 planks and they don't have it). After this destruction, they claimed they needed to cut through the outside into the interior wall (the drywall of our living room). At this point I interjected and tried to understand why this was necessary. He didn't really explain it to me, just insisted he needed interior access or he couldn't replace the part. We just repainted the living room and had no paint left after the job. Plus Lowes just stopped carrying this brand, so I don't know how we're supposed to get more. After drilling a very messy 10 inch hole in a different wall to the one he was working on outside (again, he pulled off the drywall instead of cutting through it completely, so cannot be used in patching), he scattered his metal tools and power saw on our brand new hard wood floors, scratching them to pieces. Then, they suddenly left to get a part. They were gone 40 minutes and we were without water the entire time. When they finally showed back up, the job was done in 5 minutes. They did not clean up the drywall dust that got EVERYWHERE, nor did they offer any apology for the scratches to the floor. They did not nail back siding wood they ripped/sawed off the exterior and made no repair or apology for the damage to the gutter. They then had the almighty NERVE to charge almost $300 for this "service". When asked why it was so much, we were told it was for the 'extra labor' of cutting big holes into our house. They completely took advantage of us, destroyed our property, and overcharged as if doing us an incredible favor for showing up at all. If there's any justice at all, they should give us our money back and repair all the damage they did to our home.

It's not often I use a service and am completely confident in recommending them without any hesitation - this is one of the times that I can 100% recommend a company. This is my second time to use ABC Plumbing and both times they were among the lowest bid and performed the work beyond my expectations. From scheduling to completion the staff was courteous, professional and empathetic to my situation. Foundation repair revealed some plumbing issues and I did not hesitate to call ABC after the positive experience I had the first time with them. Dana and crew (Eli, K'veon-[sorry if I wrecked the spelling], and Ryan) did an excellent job. They communicated clearly when they would arrive and were there when they said they would be. Dana was professional, thorough and understanding as the work progressed and more issues were discovered. He communicated clearly every step, shared what he found and was very transparent on pricing, options, and recommendations. The work was extensive - he can now tell you what's its like under my house - and throughout the process he remained upbeat and jovial. I felt confident in my decisions to get repairs completed after his explanations and presenting options for repairs. Plumbing is expensive and scary to most of us since we don't have the knowledge or expertise. Dana made it much less so. There was no pressure and no implied need to rush. Dana and Jovi, who had performed the first job I had done, were similar in their confidence and friendliness which goes a long way especially when they back it up with good work!

I have a freestanding tub on my second floor that was leaking from underneath the tub, causing damage through the first floor. Richard responded to my inquiry in less than 24 hours, and was flexible about finding time to meet that worked with my schedule. Richard is clean cut and very professional. He quickly accessed by issue, provided a quote within 5-10 minutes and walked me through each component in detail. You know an expert within a few minutes of conversation, and you get this sense with Richard immediately. The initial quote was lower than I anticipated, but he told me he estimated on the high end, as he couldnt truly know until the tub was removed and there were steps he included that may not be required. . The follow up meeting to complete the job was delivered in 2 business days. Skylar and Dana came out to fix the issue. They were on-time, continued the professionalism that everyone at ABC Plumbing exhibited. The entire job took less than 3 hours to complete. They came in under the estimate as some of the steps were not needed. They provide pictures of the work done at the main steps of the process. In addition, Richard has a digital first, modern software approach that he runs the entire company on. The user interface is easy and transparent for customers. You can manage this entire process in real time on your smart phone. I have already shared ABC Plumbing contact information with my friends and colleagues in the DFW area. STOP! Seriously, stop looking for plumbing services. This is the company for you. We had a pipe in our bathroom crack that went directly to the sewer line AND the main line had a big ol hole in it as well. The first company that came out had quoted us something so outrageous that the words "financing options available" were included for ONLY the bathroom and sewer line outside of the house (not including the main line inside the house). They hadn't even looked at the remainder of the house. Like, hello... red flags!! And that company had 5 stars... We opted to get another quote and found ABC Plumbing on Yelp. Darryl and Alex came out, took way more time to see what they could do to get the situation fixed and unfortunately, we did have to replace a few pipes and fixed some spot areas. Overall, it was about a two and half week process as we had plans to be out of town. Alex spent a ton of time with us. Extremely down to earth. And we were out of pocket less than half of what the other dudes wanted. Our house has been in working order for a week now and we are extremely grateful for ABC Plumbing and their crew. Also, huge shout out to Desi Excavation who did an excellent job at digging under our house in record time (10 ft under the slab in 7 hrs and just 2 guys doing it). They also did an amazing job at redoing the concrete on the patio as well. We can't say enough great things about this mom and pop shop.

Snowmagedon 2021 was not kind to the pipes on our garage apartment. In anticipation of that I had prescheduled several days in advance for ABC Plumbing to come out the day that temps were forecast to be above freezing. I tried calling earlier in the day to confirm but couldn't reach anyone. My appointment time came and went with no plumber. Sure enough a pipe burst. I was finally able to get hold of someone at about 5PM and they explained that they had so many emergency calls that they were way behind. Understandable, but I had scheduled my appointment. They called me back about 15 mins later and said they would definitely get someone out that night. Within an hour Skyler and Clayton showed and fixed it up. Unfortunately too many breaks and they had to cap the line into the apartment so the main house would have water. I'll have to reschedule more work but they were very fair with me on the price. I highly recommend ABC. Thanks Skyler and Clayton!

UPDATE 12/15/25 - ABC Plumbing installed a new Water Heater on Friday and have made me very happy to have hot water again. :) They showed up early on Thursday for a quote, then came on Friday to install. Jayden & Kayvon worked on the installation and did a great job. Tammy at the office was very helpful with the business portion. Also thanks to Shannon for assisting. Everyone is very nice and accommodating and I appreciate that. I will definitely call again for my next project. Thanks Team!! Just had ABC Plumbing come and and check my kitchen sink pipes/disposal. Sergio Puga & Eli Jennings showed up before estimated time of arrival and got a text on their way here. Very nice and professional, provided me with an estimate. I will definitely use this company when I'm ready and request these 2 men. I appreciate them checking out my situation. Thank you!

My hot water heater had a large leak in the middle of the night on a Friday night. I called ABC Plumbing first thing Saturday morning and was relieved that they were able to come out later that day. Steven and Hunter did a great job! They quickly diagnosed my issue and realized that I would need a new water heater due to rusting within the old tank likely due to age (it was over 10 years old). They made recommendations on the cheapest and best hot water heater option for me (including information about warranties and different brands), and they had a new water heater installed later that day. I appreciated their honesty with pricing, they were very nice and efficient, and most of all I was happy to have my hot water heater problem fixed on a weekend day. I highly recommend ABC plumbing to everyone for any of their plumbing needs!

The bad weather caused havoc. Had a burst pipe and had to shut the main water line. Contacted several companies thru Yelp and given the high demand was skeptical about a timely response. Jason from ABC plumbing replied and committed to sending someone the next day. Got a call from Steve this morning and he confirmed that he was on his way. Steve arrived, examined the area and determined the problem really quick. The pipe was located in a tricky spot and Steve was efficient in fixing the problem. He was friendly and literally saved the day! With several homes and establishments in North Texas impacted, I am grateful that ABC plumbing was able to help me in a timely manner. I have their number saved for my future plumbing needs. Needless to say, have shared their contact with friends who are impacted as well.

They were easy to work with and showed up on time both to get an estimate and complete the work. Jason even wore a mask when he came to give the estimate, which I appreciated. However when the guys left after completing the work they left our brand new tile floor all scuffed up and dirty (my wife and I had just put the tile in ourselves this weekend, so it was frustrating to see that happen to our hard work). I made the mistake of not going into the bathroom to check it out before they left or else I would have asked them to clean it up, but we had to spend 20-30 minutes on our hands and knees scrubbing the floor to get the scuffs off. I have struggled to decide what kind of rating to leave; there were things I liked about this business but at the same time was left disappointed when they left.
