Our downstairs toilet plugged this evening but we quickly assessed it was probably a mainline plug since the upstairs toilets caused water to backup in the downstairs toilet. No toilets working or other plumbing available at 6pm throughout the house, crisis! Called Abbie's Plumbing and talked to Chris explained the issue and he laid out a plan and quote over the phone, reinforced the expectations for the afterhours call and mainline clog and said he'd throw his boots on and be here within an hour. Chris arrived by 7 pm and went right to work, got to the "root" of the problem and had the clog cleared within 20 min. We laid out a plan to consider the "root" issue but are happy to have plumbing working tonight. Chris was so pleasant, knowledgeable, had great equipment and color fiberoptic camera to verify. Definitely will have some other projects lined up for him in the near future. UPDATE: Had Abbie's Plumbing out to replace a leaky seized on bathroom faucet and install a generator gas connection and Gary came out to do the work. Gary did a fantastic job on both and was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well. Already planning some follow-up work. I would not hesitate having them out at anytime for my plumbing needs. I had to get someone here quick before it freezes and while hunting a Plumber I had a real good feeling about Abbie's Plumbing on Northpark in Kingwood . Chris was personable and quick and was here before I could put my boots on literally 10 mins and his wife was super sweet on the phone,she understood my predicament and my obvious stress and she sent him straight away. He had to pull the main commode and ran a camera and an auger. He found my Oak tree that was planted way too close to the house 25 years ago had a root in the line. Gave me a quick quote for a later repair and cleared my lines so I can flush both of the commodes now all at a reasonable price. My sink in the main bath is also now completely clear! I highly recommend Abbies Plumbing for any and all your plumbing needs. Chris is amazing, fast, courteous, clean and is a super stand up guy with a great personality and this is a family owned company which is my preference. Thanks so much! I had to go through 3 other top-rated plumbers before finding Abbie's. I had an external leak under my driveway. Only Chris handled the locating of it professionally with bubble-detection equipment. Only Chris's crew was able to get a new pipe installed under the driveway without even cutting it!. Reasonable pricing. If your grannie needs her sink unclogged, anyone will do. But for a real plumbing mess like this, go with Abbie's and don't waste your time elsewhere. See before and after photos, the cleanup was excellent as well.

Chris did a great job fixing the issue. He was upfront about possible cost before scheduling. He arrived early and cleaned up after completing the work. My neighbor was impressed and got his number for future work too.
