I had a good crew come out and replace my leaking cast iron pipes today. They arrived early and worked straight through to finish the job same day. They were dedicated and very hard working. Dallas and Jesus were personable and knowledgeable. They got my water turned back on as soon as possible and cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed with them and AAA Service!

You don't always wake up one morning and know you're going to drop some serious coin and have to replace your entire HVAC system and electrical panel, but it happens. And of course, it happens on the coldest day of the year. These guys came out and worked late in the day through until 10 at night and didn't leave until they had me all squared away. The whole time they were happy and friendly and totally rocked it. A huge thank you to the AAA HVAC crew: Eddie, Michael, Tony, Pedro, and Boone; and the Electricians: David, Joey. Each one of them did an absolutely stellar, top-notch job, and I couldn't be happier. I also want to call out the killer work DeShawn did installing a new ionizer to reduce mineral build up in my system after I had a water leak, and also a leak detector and shutoff valve and a new pressure regulator. Just like the HVAC and electrical guys, DeShawn did an outstanding job and got me sorted.

Very responsive company with excellent customer service. Shout out to my plumber, John Johnson (JD). His parents may have lacked creativity when naming him, but he certainly doesn’t lack in skill in his craft. His work is impeccable. He was very mindful of the interior and exterior of my home during the repair. He even sanitized my floor after the toilet repair. My link to review the HVAC work isn’t working. I also need to recognize Miguel. I’ve had the misfortune of needing multiple repairs this week. Truly am impressed by the caliber of employees this company has. Really stellar service, impeccable work, great communication.

I’ve given AAA Service Plumbing, Heating & Electric two chances, and both experiences were incredibly disappointing. A couple years ago, I had them out for a furnace tune-up. Instead of actually performing the service, the technician spent the entire time pointing out supposed “issues” and trying to sell me a brand-new furnace. I later got multiple second opinions, and none of the problems they claimed were actually issues. It felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that I’m not an expert. Unfortunately, I recently made the mistake of giving them another shot when they advertised a $39.99 A/C tune-up. This visit was even worse. Two technicians showed up and immediately acted like they were responding to a repair call—not a tune-up. I made it clear everything was working fine and I just wanted the advertised service, but once again, they didn’t perform any tune-up at all. Instead, they started listing a bunch of questionable “problems” and became visibly frustrated when I didn’t agree to expensive repairs. They even went as far as threatening to call Xcel on me, which felt completely inappropriate and intimidating. When I said I wanted to get other opinions, they tried to pressure me into doing thousands of dollars of work on the spot and made the situation sound urgent and dire. To make matters worse, they shut off my gas. After about 45 minutes of doing essentially nothing—and making me increasingly uncomfortable—I ended the appointment before they even went up to the roof to inspect the A/C and asked them to leave. They then insisted I pay for a tune-up they never performed. I paid just to get them out of my house. They told me someone would follow up to reschedule, but I never received a call. After leaving, they sat in the parking lot for another 30 minutes, seemingly just to make it appear as though they had completed the job. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion—or better yet, avoiding this company altogether.

WARNING! AAA took advantage of my elderly parent, pressured them into getting new equipment And didn’t give them the time to talk to family to get a second opinion. “Can’t afford it, no worries we can do a loan for it” (of course a crazy high interest rate). Not only did they pay a crazy amount of money they were treated poorly and it took them multiple times and failed inspections to get it right. Beware!

Very pushy extreme sale tactics, I would advise getting multiple quotes before moving forward with this company! Overall I was happy with the crew of guys that came out and got alot of work done in 2 days . New electric panel and meter plus outlets updated. Only complaint was one of the techs used my chair as a step ladder ! If they needed a ladder they could've just asked and I had one in garage. My chair had footprints and now cracked a tiny bit on the leg . Kinda unprofessional considering how much money they charged and wanted payment in full . Beware before you sign contract and get other quotes first dont feel pressured. Im questioning future projects with this company and will shop around . The office and project manager Brian didn't provide the best customer service experience. Just more focused on you signing contract and they want payment immediately.

UPDATE--Rachel reached out personally to talk through my concerns and proposed an acceptable resolution. Customer service is obviously important to them, and the new toilet was in and functional within a few hours of when I first called. Thanks for making it right. Service is good but pricing is absolutely ridiculous. $775 to replace the “guts” in the toilet tank, or $1100 to replace with a new American Standard toilet, which doesn’t include the service fee. I replaced the components in my dad’s toilet in 2 hours for $80 just a few weeks ago. But they were available same day and I guess that’s worth something. The plumber did a good job communicating and the tenant seems happy with the new toilet but holy smokes, someone made bank on this job.

I had used AAA Service in the past. They came for a Home Service Club Member HVAC inspection. They told me my HVAC Heat and Air Conditioning was going to be costly to repair (13 years old even though I hadn't had any problems or air concerns). They sent three people over to my house and sold me a new system. It was a one day install. Long story short: I had issues with the equipment overnight, I couldn't get help that night as I had expected to. I will say that Rachael called the next day and made this right, elevated this to management and helped me get the equipment issue fixed and helped compensate me for my time. One person can go the distance to repair customer service and she did.

David P and Haden E replaced our entire house electrical panel with a brand new surge protector and panel system. They arrived on time, were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. We appreciated their work professionalism. Michael l and Calvin w We’ve been using AAA for a few years now and I wanted to take a second to compliment JD (John Johnson) for his work today. JD was assistive, knowledgeable, efficient, and polite during our contact. I have zero regrets with him being the service tech and do not hesitate to give AAA a recommendation when people like JD are the ones who arrive. Alejandro E did an outstanding job. Very happy with the work. He kept me informed.

AAA needed to come in and replace a sewage line and all plumbing in my slab on concrete home. They had to dig through concrete within my home. The job was done in 4 days with Carlos coming in both Saturday and Sunday to finish the job. He was able to pull back almost all of the carpet in my home in a way that I was able to pull it back. My furniture was protected and no personal property was damaged. They also reinstalled my toilet and washer and were able to avoid destruction to my kitchen. Tyler was my master plumber and he was excellent. He was honest, forthright, and wanted the best for me and my home. I highly recommend AAA. They made an awful experience not so bad.

Jerry De La Garza, installed our water heater on 4/14/26 and did an amazing job! His knowledge, expertise and transparency were apparent immediately. He tackled a difficult job in a tight space and made it work. When completed, it was like a piece of art. We were quite impressed with Jerry. He's very kind and friendly and went above and beyond, giving us a sense of safety and confidence with our new w/h. Thank you, AAA Service, for keeping customer satisfaction, which I am, a top priority.

Joey, Z, and John were a complete pleasure to work with. Polite, personable, hard workers, solid work. They all went above and beyond. Joey and Z installed a new electrical panel for us starting at noon yesterday, and they ended up staying until almost 10pm trying to help me further troubleshoot some lighting and outlet issues, working in the cold and strong wind. We’re very thankful and grateful for them and their hard work. And for their families who had to wait up for them.

For someone who despite knowing nobody’s excited to see him…Jacob is surprisingly upbeat, professional, and highly informative! He was upfront, clear, and personable walking through my issue and quickly identifying a resolution. His patience and care was reflected in the time he spend ensuring transparency throughout what otherwise would have been a costly emergency. I see why he’s got 5 stars and I’m happy to add mine!

We had AAA come replace a leaking flange on our toilet that had damaged our floor. They replaced the floor and flange very quickly. When we thought there was an issue with the placement of the flange in conjunction with the new flooring, our AAA technician Greg Thompson, came first thing, assured us there was no issue and even placed the toilet to give us peace of mind. Top notch! I highly recommend!

Really happy that Jacob G and Jay P were able to come out tonight after 6pm and clear my main line! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to make dinner or shower tonight but they worked quickly and efficiently to clear a clog that I found tonight after work when water was in my downstairs bathroom. Thank you so much guys! I can always count on AAA!
