“Responded quickly to my initial call. Advised what was needed to repair my shower and provided a website so that I could purchase the parts. The parts arrived. I called to set up a date for the repairs and Glenn never responded! After a 2 week wait, I hired a different plumber and got the repair completed in 2 hours. I won't contact them again in the future.”
