OMG! FAST! I’m a short term rental Airbnb host. I had gas leak on my water heater. The gas company shut the valve off and RED tagged it! I had a house FULL of guests that were at work. I GOOGLED and found A1. Took a chance and called. I managed to get squeezed in same day! The young man came in to fix the problem just before the guests came in from work! I never had to alert my guests about the issue and didn’t have to lose in my reviews! A COMPLETE WIN! A1 lives up to the hype!! My technician was AMAZING! He shared pieces of jerky for my fur babies! He was professional, unbiased, and clean. He was in and out! My boys needs a raise or promotion to lead technician or something!

Ethan was very professional as well as the entire team... from assessment to estimating and scheduling, the process was seamless and I was kept in-the-loop the entire time. I've been calling on A1 for many years for my plumbing needs and they have never failed to deliver quality workmanship. In this case, they were dealing with the gas water heater I had purchased and they had to modify the height of the stand due to height differences from old to new, which was done in short-order. Haul-away and cleanup was quick.

Best experience I’ve had with any home maintenance problems. Quick with scheduling, even quicker and more efficient during actual appointment. Will be having them back to assist with a non emergency issue next month. Highly recommend.
