These folks were contracted via my property management company. The entire process was easy despite having tech issues on my end. I had at least three different tickets which were fixed perfectly and quickly. What a great change of pace!
My insurance filed for this company to assist twice. First time was decent, second time they state they don’t do anything with insurance tried to bill us to even come look them refused looking at anything on very basic problems. This took about 6 phone calls because they disconnect on me or say they will call in X time & don’t.
Called them and was told they would come yesterday as long as I was home, and I stayed home for hours until late in the day and they never came. Very unprofessional. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this. The plumber seems to pick and choose if he feels like going out and fulfilling work orders, either that or the lady on the phone who schedules the appointments just lies. That was on a friday and now they’re closed for the whole weekend and can’t get anyone out until monday. Unfortunately they are the only ones that know my apartment units plumbing situation, given it’s a really old apartment complex not too many plumbers know how to fix clogs in my area. But if you are lucky and able to find a different plumber who can fix your issue don’t waste your time with this unreliable company. If it was up to me they would get 0 stars.
Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever dealt with. When scheduling my appointment I asked for a call ahead to ensure that someone would be there and the lady said of course no problem. Had a time frame between 12-6. Well the day of got the call saying that our plumber was on the way and would be there in about 15-20 min. An hour and a half later the plumber finally showed up and then it took another ten minutes before he actually knocked on my door. When I let him in showed him the issue he told me it would be a super easy fix and he would be in and out quickly. I went back to cleaning so I wouldn't bother him and noticed he got real quiet peaked around and kid you not he was sitting on my kitchen floor playing a video game on his phone. Finally got up and went outside to get some things and there he proceeded to continue playing games or texting and taking personal calls while on the job. A call that should have taken about twenty minutes took him an hour and on top of it all left an absolute mess under my kitchen sink. If I had the choice of what plumber to use it would not have been these guys.
My rental company hired them to come fix our toilet. They were unavailable 4-5 days after the order was submitted. They never said what time they'd show up just that they'd be here Monday. No courtesy phone call. Just a couple of guys that showed up. They damaged our toilet by scratching it with the snake they used. Seem like a couple of amateurs. Will tell our property company not to use them again.
