Jordan and Jeff arrived on time and proceeded to assess my situation and advise me on options. Decided to replace the existing pump with a higher quality model. Pump was replaced in under 45 minutes. Jordan from A Right Price Plumbing & Sewer Company came into our lives 5 years ago...I am ashamed that it has taken me this long to sing his praises in a review. Our family (at the time) had just recently moved out of the city to the suburbs....and when we had our first plumbing issue at our house....our home warranty company matched us with Jordan. There is NO other plumber that you need to be considering besides Jordan. He is the BEST at his craft. He has helped us in some pretty tight spots...to needing a new sump pump (he was out in record time replacing it for us); when our sewer line cracked and we had family coming in to stay with us in 2 days (Jordan was there for us lickety split to take care of our issue and get our City to issue permit AND inspect the work ALL IN ONE DAY's time to ensure that we had water for our out of town family visitors); and most recently replacing our water heaters. Of course, there is other work that he has done for us...but this is just a highlight of his greatness. We call Jordan and he takes care of our issues as quickly as possible. Jordan is a master plumber; efficient; insanely honest and fair; total straight-shooter and overall good human being. I have him on speed dial and he comes through every single time for us. Jordan's motto is: "Call the best and flush the rest"....truer words have never been spoken. Don't look any further! Jordan and his crew are it! I have used Jordan several time for something as simple as correcting my mistake when installing a faucet, drain clearing and as huge a job as sewer routing and installing a clean out. He and his team are SO RESPONSIVE and understanding of the problem and your needs. When our entire pipeline was backed up, due to sewer issues, they would NOT LEAVE until they got us water, and worked well into the night with flood lights, etc. There is pride and ownership in the work that they do (something so rare today). When Jordan says they'll show up during a provided time slot, which is a small window of time and not all day like some, THEY ARE THERE! They are very professional, knowledgeable, timely, concerned, considerate and respectful. I can't ask for more than that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I called yesterday as there was a leak with my drain floor and every time I used my washing machine, it was leaking from the drain floor. I looked up quotes and prices and when Jordan arrived and the price he quoted me to fix it was very fair from everything I researched and the people I spoke to about it. He also explained to me what was causing the leak and explained several other things which were all very useful for me to know. They are a truly honorable company and one of the few companies who exhibit true integrity. Jordan was extremely courteous, professional, respectful and caring and so was the other gentleman who came with him. I definitely recommend A Right Price Plumbing and Sewer Company!!!!

On 7/31 Home Depot (DRF) broke the valve stem in my parents house when installing a new water heater. They haven’t had water for the past 3 days and were at their witts end trying to deal with DRF to fix the issue. DRF said the repair couldn’t be done until Tuesday after inspecting it today (Friday)… Jordan came out and was able to fix the issue in a few hours. I can’t thank him enough for coming out on a Friday night and ensuring my parents would finally have running water. He was upfront and honest with his assessment of the problem and very fair with the pricing. I will definitely be calling him for all our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend to anyone that wants high quality work.

WOW, Very Impressed Jordan runs a very nice business. He came out and gave me a free estimate within 24 hours, it was a non-emergency type work. He scheduled the service with me and performed the work just as he had estimated. He did a great job. His prices are very fair. He is patient with customers that have lots of questions. He even spotted something else plumbing wise that needed a bit of work and just did this and he did not even charge for that extra work, he just threw it in. His helper is very nice as well. I wish I could give more stars! The team at A Right Price is amazing, efficient, friendly, and valuable. I went down to my basement at 7:30am yesterday and found a puddle. The hot water heater had a leak and I needed a replacement fast. I called A Right Price around 8am and had a new hot water heater installed and the old one removed before 11:30am. Kile and Josh were informative and happy to help answer all of my questions. Everyone in the front office is great too. They will be my go to plumbers from here on out and I will make sure to recommend them to all my friends.
