I would definitely recommend A Reliable Plumbing. They came out to the house within an hour of my call and had the shower fixed in no time. They are polite, honest and knowledgeable in what they do!

This is the 2nd time Ive used A Reliable Plumbers. Both times they were out the next day. Diagnosed problem and got right to work. Manual was the main tech and Albert was awesome. I cant say enough good things about this company,thier employees and fair pricing. I highly,Highly recommend them

Manual and Albert fixed my leach line and fixed our kitchen faucet. These are good people and I can’t give them enough praise! I highly recommend.

Today A Reliable Plumbing fixed a water heater at a rental property I own. The technician came out earlier this week, and wanted to charge me $350 for a new burner assembly that would take a week or two to receive! Just the part, not even labor was going to be $350. I explained that this is ridiculous because a whole new water heater costs $350-$400. He agreed and said that I could order my own part. I bought the part directly from sears and I was at my house the next day for $90. After all this I was still dumb/desperate enough to have him install this part for me. While at the unit to install the part today, he was rude to my wife, and insulted my tenant. After all this, he charged me $160 for labor that he said was only going to be $95. All this headache for an easy plumbing job that I would have done myself if I had the time. Don't use this company unless you enjoy bad customer service and deceptive pricing.

Rude, hung up on me. Horrible service. Horrible workers in the office. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I have used A-Reliable in the past for main line cleaning and didn’t have issues until now. However, the last time they were here I asked about my kitchen sink having low pressure and they told me it could be my angle stop or faucet. So I called them back later to schedule an appt for them to fix my angle stop. They came out and didn’t check my angle stop, but instead said I need a new faucet and charged me $85 for coming out. They told me when I made the appt that the $85 would be waived if they did service. But charged me $85 anyways and did no service to my angle stop, only saying I need to call back when I have a faucet but the $85 won’t be waived at that time either since it will be a separate appointment. I went out to buy a faucet and called another plumber instead. The other plumber came out and said he needed to check the angle stop first. He replaces my angle stop and said my faucet is fine. My water pressure is back to normal. I called A-reliable left a message to speak to the manager but they never called me back. I can’t believe they got away with charging me $85 to come out and do NOTHING! and not even look at the angle stop which is why I called them out to begin with. Instead they told me to go out and buy a faucet that I didn’t even need! I will never use them again!!!! Oh, and the other plumber asked me who came out, and when I told him it was A-reliable he called the plumber by name and said he knows him, all he said was ‘’what? He should have known better….I can tell it was your angle stop just by looking at it because it’s broken’’.

I'm giving this company 1 star, not because they did a bad job but because they Price gouged me. Let me explain, I called and requested a quote because I had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, after checking all the P traps I figured the seal on the toilet was loose and sewer gases was leaking into the air, I was given a quote of $95 to replace the wax ring and reinstall the toilet - that included parts and labor. When the technician arrived (very polite man) he checked the toilet, he said everything seemed fine (there was no removal of the toilet or anything like that) Turns out there was a dead mouse in my vent, he took the Mouse out and rinsed off the vent. I asked OK how much would this be? He replied "i'll have to call the company, when he came back he told me that they told him that a air conditioner company would have charge me $185 but they were only charging me $125. I was shocked because that price was more than actually removing the toilet replacing the wax ring and reinstalling it!! And had I known I would've had my son get the mouse, it was literally laying on the vent. I felt railroaded, I had no choice but to pay this amount because he had already done the job but let's be clear I would've never paid someone $120 to dispose a mouse! I feel this company possesses a lack of integrity and I will definitely never use their services again. So BEWARE!! PS. The technician was very professional and kind throughout the process he was not the problem the company was.

Called today with a septic drain related problem. Spoke with Maria, who listened to my story, and got me on the same-day schedule. Friendly, accommodating, and professional. The techs, Manuel and Albert, arrived before 11am. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, in their business approach. They explained my options, and the differences between them. I decided, based on the information that was provided, to go with the hydro-flush option. The techs went about their business, and had my drain cleared, in a very reasonable amount of time. Not only did I have the opportunity to watch what was being done, but the procedure was explained to me in great detail. They flushed the drain 2 times to make sure it was clear, and then ran the camera scope down the drain to physically check the condition of the drain, and the cleaning job that was done. The image was clear, and very detailed. They exceeded my expectations, and did a phenomenal job. We tested the drain by running water and flushing toilets. The drain is clear of any blockages, and is flowing freely. I would highly recommend A Reliable Plumbing for your plumbing needs, and would have no reservation using them, again, should the need arise. Maria, Manuel and Albert were phenomenal.

Called A Reliable Plumbing to adjust a gas valve in the laundry room in prep for my new gas dryer that didn't quite fit in the space inside the laundry area. Mind you, this happened around 2pm on a Friday before a 3 day Memorial Holiday. Spoke to Manuel on my first call and was not available until the Tuesday following the Holiday. But as I gave him my address he realized he was close in my neighborhood. 40 minutes later he arrived and was able to help me out. Not only did he give me a fair price, but I liked how he was patient with me and listened to my drama about the dryer not fitting, etc. So took attention to my gas dryer by measuring it and making sure the valve was moved accordingly to fit the back design/shape of my gas dryer. He assured me it would fit nicely, and it did!!!! Gas dryer fit nicely just as he said. I give Manuel 5 stars, he was professional, came in a short notice, and I didn't pay extra for that. Thank you Manuel!!

Albert just left. Before he started work he quoted, "215 to $225 to take a snake machine onto the roof." I approved. I thought he was quoting me a by-the-hour and that he would take about that long. No. 35 minutes later he is finished. He brings the invoice in and says, "$245." So my conclusion is: they charge more than $400 an hour. This business needs to explicitly say, "The job is quoted by the work to be done. We do NOT charge by the hour." When I called to clarify my misunderstanding, the woman on the phone started making up stories and misquoting me three different times. She is very good at confusing an issue and blaming a current customer for past customer's complaints and issue. They really need to get interpersonal communication training. Because they did not clearly say, "WE DO NOT CHARGE BY THE HOUR," they left room for misunderstanding and hard feelings. No, I will not use them again.

Had an issue with the kitchen sinks draining slowly so I called A Reliable Plumbing based on a personal recommendation. They are open 24 hours so someone took my call yesterday after 6:30pm. They were upfront about service fees and had two people out to the house this morning exactly when told. Both gentlemen wore face masks the entire time as did we. Very professional and efficient. They had to access the drain cleanout from the roof so it was extra but I was told of that in advance. Everything is running well! I'd definitely use them again.

On 12/20/2021 we awoke to huge mess in our garage! Our water broke and only 4 days to christmas, we called All Britton plumbing and they were booked solid and couldn't come for a week! The lady referred us to A Reliable plumbing, these men were amazing they came and replaced our water heater quickly and water back on! Thank you Manuel and crew, for quick and friendly service. As for pricing we feel it was fair for a new water heater

My master bath toilet was plugged as a result of tree roots. Manual and Albert came out, augured the line and cleared the problem. Both gentlemen where friendly, polite, and neat. They came out the same day I called, and the office called me when they were on their way. The cost was reasonable and what they quoted me when I called. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied.

I am very happy with this company. I had sewage coming up in every drain but the kitchen sink! Years ago a plumber came out and wanted to dig up the sewer line and replace it. But it would have costed about $1500! so we were expecting it to cost an arm and a leg to fix. The plumber today cleared the drain and it only costed $65! I highly recommend this company.

I want to give a million thanks over to Manuel and Albert from A Reliable Plumbing. They showed up after I contacted my own home warranty (who were no help at all) and assessed my plumbing issue and solved it! They were super knowledgeable and even gave tips on other areas of my home. I highly recommend contacting them if you have an issue with your plumbing :)
