Wonderful, quick service. I called this morning because I had no HOT water. The nice person answering the phone said we'll get someone out to check it out. Yes, in the early afternoon a service technician showed up, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Thank you so much!

I have relied on A Plus Plumbing here at complex for a few years now and they always show professionalism and get to us as soon as they can and if they cant, they do give updates on their ETA as to now leave us hanging all the time, I would recommend them for a quick easy solution to a not so great problem to have .

Replaced 2 faucets and repaired a shower and tub. They were very professional and very service oriented. Highly recommend them.

I do not recommend this company. A Plus Plumbing was referred to us by the construction company that was repairing our house. Kevin came to our house in Patterson, CA to inspect the damaged tubing that caused a leak. He looked around for about 20 minutes and told us that he needs to come back tomorrow with the necessary equipment. He billed us $475 for just looking at the issue, insisting that our insurance would take care of it. We ended up paying for it. The next day, he repaired one part of the tubing and said that it's all been repaired. He told us that A Plus will bill us for the tubing. We never received any billing statement, and all of a sudden, we were contacted by a collections agency for a missing payment, even though we never saw a bill from A Plus. I do not recommend this company. The damaged tubing was not fully repaired and resulted in more leaks that could have been prevented if A Plus did their job. It was a frustrating experience dealing with this company. Do not trust A Plus Plumbing. Period.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service levels, professionalism, and overall quality of service provided by this company. I strongly advise against hiring or engaging with their services. Firstly, scheduling the repair took an excessive amount of time and coordination. Secondly, during the repair process, the technicians inadvertently caused further damage and leaks in my residence, despite their assurances of rectification. Thirdly, the owner’s behavior (Sal) was extremely rude and borderline threatening during our conversations. I sincerely hope that the company’s plumbing certifications will be revoked, and no more customers will have to endure the hardships of dealing with this organization. I strongly recommend avoiding their services at all costs.

My parents had a problem with their water heater which was still under warranty, but warranty company was given my dad the round around because the company didn't have any technicians in the area. Anyways to make a long story short I was happy to find A plus plumbing, Kevin I believe might be the owner (not sure) he was the kindest and caring person I dealt with after being upset and frustrated with Rheem company. Rheem is the company that makes the water heater my parents bought. This is the second water heater from Rheem that my parents own, unfortunately the first water heater gave my parents problems right after the warranty expired. I live in San Jose an hour and 45 min. from my parents, I take care of what ever problems they encounter. Anyway, I called Kevin and explained the situation and he took it upon himself to go and check the heater right away. Kevin called Rheem and told them what the problem was and the parts needed. Rheem told him that they would overnight the parts and would get them the next day. The parts didn't get to my parents until Monday. My parents are in their mid 70's and they had no hot water for a whole week. Kevin went and fixed the water heater. My parents were very happy with Kevin. A week later this stupid water heater stopped working again, I called Rheem and they promised to UPS the parts overnight. Of course they got to my parents on the following Monday. I called Kevin and he made sure someone went to my parents to fix the heater. So, far the heater is working but without the kindness, caring, and the speedy work of Kevin and the A Plus Plumbing personnel my parents are able to have hot water. I Recommend A PLUS PLUMBING to everyone that needs a plumber. Love this company. Olga Sevela

I called this morning because water stopped running into my toilet, and I had no reason as to why. Staff showed up early afternoon and determined it was the internal pump that was plugged up and had to be replaced, which he did. Then I showed him a sink that was plugged up with very little water going down the drain, he unplugged it, full of hair that had accumulated over many years. Then I showed him a second toilet, that when flushed would not do so completely, thus leaving the bowl half full. He determined the flush handle would only go down half way, thus keeping the tank half full. He adjusted the flush handle and all was good. He did an awesome job and was very friendly when explaining to me what the problems were and how he was going to fix them. I will only call A-Plus Plumbing when I have or believe I have a plumbing problem. Thank you for doing an awesome job....

If you have a busy schedule I would not recommend you this company. I called for an appointment and I got one fairly quickly. They gave me a time window for the appointment, witch is understanding. The day of the appointment I waited and waited and no one showed up. I had to call and see what was going on. All they said was that the tech was backed up. A courtesy call would have been appreciated, but sadly I had to call and chase them to see what was going on. It is seems like they don’t care about their customers. Funny part is that this has happened to me twice. I Gave them another opportunist because they are local, but I am sure they won’t be getting my business ever again. On a bright note, the tech(Mark)that finally showed up did a great job. (waited 4 + hours for them). Is not his fault management can’t do their job the right way.

We started using A+ Plumbing from Gustine in 2019. My brother passed away, nieces were trying to resolve issues with his house in order to sell, A+ was recommended and they came out to fix a water heater venting issue. They were super supportive, very helpful and frankly very nice people. I've called them for any plumbing issue since then. They have fixed/replaced water heater, fixed old house drain issues for my house, fixed several issues at my son's house. Plumbing issues aren't fun, often are 'emergency' and yet every time, A+ has come through. They communicate when they're on their way, what problems they are facing, what the plan is, what the finish is. The area is always clean after they leave. Thanks!

My kitchen sink had been clogged for 15 days, when finally our handy man was able to get in touch with A PLUS PLUMBING, Tim-plumber, came to my house on sunday and worked all afternoon. He did a fantastic job. He needed a little help from Trenton, who came to assist him. They were both very professional, pleasant , considerate, just very nice to talk with. They managed to unclog the kitchen sink, but in doing so we found another problem with the plumbing. It's going to take a little more time to get this working properly, but A PLUS PLUMBING, is worth the call for your plumbing problems.

We called to have standing water in a shower fixed and were met with a friendly and responsive receptionist who quickly worked us in. We were told they would arrive later in the afternoon but to our surprise we waited less than hour and someone was here! Our plumber was friendly and explained things throughout his time working on our shower. It took all of 20 minutes and things were back up and running smoothly! Thank you so much A Plus Plumbing for making our first time experience fast, friendly, and simply. 10/10 would recommend to others!

I am a Bay Area commercial plumber. Without resources of mine, here in Gustine to do 911 excavation repairs at my home. I called them. As my home had a water line burst between the sidewalk and house. The deep tree roots, broke the water pipe. A +plumbing was able to show up on an hrs notice and excavate thru the tree roots to expose the broken pipe. Their crew stayed on site, while I did the repair. Their service was great- Office and field field crew response was great. Thank you A + plumbing, Jesse

Friendly, efficient and helpful. Our water heater went out and they came right away to check it out. We needed a whole new water heater, but we weren't prepared for it. They were able to make the old one work temporarily, until we were able to pay for the new one. They came and installed the new one and waited for us to come back to inspect it, and did everything to make sure we were happy. The owner even called us both times to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction.

I can not believe the service I received from Jeff. Last year I had a problem with my furnace, I called many furnace people. Jeff made the time to come out the very next day. This year had the same problem with my furnace. He found my info from last year and helped me fix my furnace at no Charge. He will be my go to person for my furnace from here forward. KUDOS to you!!!
