I had a really good experience today with A+ Plumbing. I had an outdoor faucet replaced and an access panel installed. They showed up on time, were very polite, got the work done quickly, and stuck to the price they quoted me. The cost was also very reasonable. I usually hate hiring people to do work for me because I always seem to have bad experiences and end up feeling ripped off. This was NOT the case with A+ plumbing. I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

John and his apprentice, Issac, arrived on time and went straight to work after greeting me pleasantly. First they found out why my old kitchen faucet was leaking in 4 places and offered to fix it. Since I already had a new faucet ready and out of the box that I ordered online, they installed it at my request. Thank goodness they were thorough and after the install, they tested it and the valves under the sink fell apart and water sprayed everywhere because the new faucet is DEFECTIVE! I am so glad they were here when this happened!! We looked online at several faucet options and since they could fix my old faucet, I had them put it back together and it works better than new and is dry with no leaking under the sink! Then I asked John to look at my master bath toilet. It rocks when you get up and has wobbled for some time. John pulled off the old caulk, found big gaps that he installed shims into then recaulked. No more uncertainties when trying to get up and leave. Now my throne is as solid as a rock! So glad I chose A+ Plumbing and Gas and will definitely call them again when life happens. Lolli Shotts

The best home service I’ve ever received. I called them on Sunday morning, explaining To Peter that my hot water tank was leaking and spilling over into the garage. Peter explained to me what I needed to do at that time to keep things from getting worse. He said that he could come at 9 AM the very next morning and he arrived on time. He was able to explain and diagnose in a very thorough Professional way. I appreciated his patience and professionalism as I tend to have a lot of questions. I can be very particular as I am able to take care of most of my own home repairs. I could see that he was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything in an easy reassuring way. I can tell that they take pride in what they do and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing and gas needs in the future. I highly recommend them. I am grateful and understand why they come so highly recommended.

The best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. This plumbing company was recommended to me by a friend, and it is easy to see why. They were responsive when I called after standard business hours, and they scheduled me right away for service. They were upfront on the phone in telling me what they thought I should expect, and they answered all of my questions. They were early and communicated with me the entire way. The service they predicted is exactly what had to be done. The price they quoted me is exactly what I paid for. Pricing was exceptionally reasonable. This company's strengths in addition to plumbing are that they are dependable and strong communicators. Everything you want in a plumber. Highly recommend.

John and Peter were absolutely incredible! Their company came out and rerouted our entire hot-water side plumbing in just two days, and the level of professionalism they brought to the job was top tier. The quality of their work is unmatched — we have NEVER had better water pressure in the five years we’ve owned our home! On top of that, their pricing was completely fair for both labor and materials — no surprises, no gimmicks, just honest and transparent work. John at A+ Plumbing and Gas did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and professional while developing a plan to find my interior water main and install a shutoff and pressure regulator. The house is so old there was never a shutoff valve, so John was able to find the line, install a shutoff, install the regulator, and he detected (and also replaced) a leaking rusted galvanized pipe. He even installed a little access panel for easy access. The speed, quality of work, professionalism, and price point for the install and repair blew me away. A+ plumbing is going to be my go-to from here on out!

Peter was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had a main sewer line issue and was really stressed, but he patiently walked me through the process over the phone and helped me troubleshoot step by step. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to resolve the problem without causing further damage. What stood out the most was his honesty and willingness to help, even before any service was scheduled. That level of professionalism is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate his support and will definitely be calling him first for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I called A+ Plumbing on Wednesday night at 930pm. They were able to come by Thursdays morning sharp at 9am. They were able to unclog my sewage drain line in my garage which was overflowing the night before. They fixed the clog and were also able educating me on the way. Then they recommended I call the city to have them flush their line which they also came out and did. Thursday evening I was able to get by to my normal schedule. I couldn’t recommend this guys enough. I will be using them again in the future. Thanks for a fast, friendly service. 5 ⭐️

I called A+ Plumbing and Gas when I suspected my hot water heater was leaking. I described what was going on and the owner quickly realized that it wasn’t my hot water heater and that I likely had a bigger situation on my hands. He was here within minutes and I learned that the leak was in the wall behind my hot water heater (master bedroom closet). Within the hour, he was able to repair the leak. I can’t thank A+ Plumbing and Gas enough! Crisis averted. Excellent and professional service! I will only call A+ for future plumbing concerns.

A+Plumbing lives up to their name and my (high) expectations! Provided clear and fair estimate for repairs needed. Worked with my schedule and arrived promptly. Considerate and very knowledgable, Peter and John worked as an efficient team to repair another "master plumber's" mess that could have been a catastrophe. They turned angst into calm and even seemed to enjoy my granddaughters dino hunt while they worked. Tidied up, too! Keep these professional gentlemen on your list!

We are very happy with the work we had done by A+ Plumbing. The are committed to going above and beyond to insure the job is done right. We had two toilets replaced. They took the time to explain what was needed and different options. They were able to repair a leak problem that was never resolved by three different plumbers we had hired before them. They got to the root of the problem and corrected it. We highly recommend A+ plumbing.

I made an appointment 2 days out and they had a cancellation and came over the day I made the appointment.. They had to dig down 3 feet and down under a sidewalk about 18 inches to make the repair. It was done in about 2.5 hours and placed the removed grass back in an orderly manner... Well pleased, very congenial and easy to work with. If I asked a question, they patiently answered about the job and the solution. Very Glad!

John and Peter were referred to me by a neighbor . They showed up within a hour to start finding the locations of a slab leak. They explained everything in detail to what is the problem and options. They are respectful of your house and don't just start tearing up things without talking with us. Clean, honest and fair priced. Plummers are hard to find. But, I will share these two gems with everyone. Great experience!
