Technicians were professional, informative and considerate. Let us know when they would me making loud noises such as drilling. Accommodated our needs to access bathrooms while the worked. Replaced removed items from under sink cabinets and our closet. They were efficient and worked well as a team. They accomplished multiple jobs in multiple areas of our home in one day.

Both Brennan and Jeremiah were efficient, effective and energetic to complete our faucet system. They clearly explained what was needed to fix the issues we were having. The work was done professionally and the suggestions to properly maintain all the systems was appreciated.

Hats off to A+ Plumbing. My technician, Brennan Durbin, did an amazing job of repairing my main incoming water line. Mr. Durbin explained the normal process and was open to my non-standard request. I compaired the A+ Pluming quote with 2 other plumbing companies, and they were the middle quote. However, he also included seed and hay after the repair and the others did not. (Be sure you compair apples to apples.) The line replacement was done efficiently even though the equipment was delivered late, (the late delivery was not his fault), he stayed late to completw the job in one day. I highly recommend Mr. Durbin for your plumbing needs.

No respect for other people's time. I have waited 6 hrs. and 4 hours over 2 separate days for a Water pressure valve. Go elsewhere. Poor communication.

We had a great experience with Maximum Plumbing in 2024 installing our water heater. We hoped that the good experiences would continue under new A+ ownership, but alas that was not to be. In August, 2025 we engaged A+ to install a water softener and replace all sink and toilet shutoff valves and supply lines in the house (18 in total). We thought the work had been completed as promised. Just 10 days later, I awoke to a ruptured supply line in our half bath that had caused water damage to the floor and the ceiling in the finished basement below. We later found out that at least half of the supply lines that were supposed to have been replaced never were, including the one that burst. Despite all of this, A+ has not taken responsibility for the damages caused. I had to file a claim with my insurance company, and A+ even charged me for the emergency call to fix the burst supply line (it was Labor Day weekend). Now that I am trying to get everything rectified, I cannot get anyone to respond to me, and my attempt to get invoices and backup information for the insurance company are being stone walled. Do NOT do business with this company. Honestly, it feels way too coincidental that this water damage occurred just 10 days after service that they never completed, and they were immediately chomping at the bit to handle the mitigation work. Very shady.

I highly recommend James and his plumbing company! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. James showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything fixed faster than I expected. What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail—he took the time to explain the problem and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Plus, he left the workspace clean, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find reliable and trustworthy tradespeople these days, but James definitely delivers. If you’re looking for a skilled plumber who’s honest, efficient, and easy to work with, look no further. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs!

I was surprised to find out Maximum plumbing is now Trueflow. As always, I was somewhat concerned going to a new service provider. With that, starting with my first call (Caleb? I think), I decided to give them a shot. Brennan and Jeremiah were assigned to my job. Our new countertops and sink were a different design from the original, so the kitchen plumbing (incl new disposal) had to be completely rebuilt/designed which I was unable to articulate over the phone. They came, took pics, and got the parts needed. These guys were wonderful. Positive/upbeat, and cool to interact with. Highly recommend this business and would request Brenna and Jeremiah if you have an option.

Took two weeks to get a hold of someone in charge, ended up being the owner who refused to follow through on service plan despite being already being paid for it. This is after spending several months trying to get a hot water heater fixed that was still under warranty, but instead of repairing it they just kept sending new technicians who said they would be in contact but never did. By far the worst plumbing company I've dealt with professionally in the past 10 years. They clearly have no desire to keep to the level of excellence that Maximum Plumbing did before being bought by this company.

When I tell you that this place saved us, they really saved us! We woke up to busted pipes and a basement with almost 6 inches of water. Brennan came out and looked at the issues. Assured us that he would get us back to normal as quick as possible. And man did he! He got restoration over to my house in an hour. They started the clean up process and he was able to find the problem pipes, give us a very reasonable estimate and got the pipes fixed for us. Brennan was so professional and confident in his work. Restoration team got the water cleaned up and stayed late until it was safe. Thank you A+!

UPDATE Maximum Plumbing has been sold. I have not used the new company call A+ however I did receive several annoying phone calls trying hard to sell a service plan. From the first call to the time the service tech walked out the door everything was professional. I had a leaking bathtub facet and our DIY attempts did not solve anything. Maximum plumbing had good reviews so I took a chance. I won’t hesitate to call them again. Fair pricing. Very polite. And even though it was Friday afternoon, he jumped right in, found the problem, went out for supplies, and had it fixed in 2 hours.

A+ plumbing and restoration has been amazing with our plumbing problems. Jared was great he has been professional and honest about everything (something that previous companies have not been). He quickly realized we a a major issue and brought in Andrew and Calvin from the restoration side of the company and they have been just as great to work with. It unfortunately has turned out to be a pretty serious problem but I am thankful we picked A+ as the company to help us out.

My basement flooded and I was completely stressed, but Brennan from A+ Plumbing showed up fast and took care of everything. He was super friendly, explained what was going on, and made sure everything was completely fixed before he left. You can tell he really cares about his work and his customers. Thanks to him, my basement looks great again! Highly recommend Brennan and A+ Plumbing — total lifesaver!

I am so grateful to Brennan and Ron for the amazing work they did on my sewer/sump plumbing. They did incredible work and went above and beyond in their service and care.This was a demanding job with a lot of work involved and I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism. Amazing and knowledgeable service. I put in a request for an estimate to get 3 leaks looked at midnight and I received a phone call at 7am to have someone come over to look at it all, turn around time was fast! Tech was friendly, clean and doesnt mind cats. It was like having an old friend come over to help you out in your time of need and I couldnt be more appreciative.

If I could give 15/10 stars I would! Absolutely great experience! They were able to get us scheduled quickly and showed up right on time. Super personable and respectful throughout the whole visit. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable — highly recommend!
