A Good Plumber

Within an hour after calling A Good Plumber, they had located the leak, the cause and gave me an estimate. They had the parts with them and immediately began the complex repairs! They were super clean ( even cleaned up the debris from my husband's unsuccessful attempts at repairs). Kevin let me video him so my husband could hear the details from the professional. He thoroughlyexplained what they did, what had happened etc...pretty impressive and VERY reasonable ( exactlywhat they said it would cost and how long it would take them). They were pleasant, professional and got the job done without wasting time. Great! My husband checked everything and was impressed they did a wonderful job without gouging us. When he saw the bill, he said " Looks like we have a new plumber.

Kevin and Richard did an excellent job installing a new water heater. They completed the job in under 2 hours and even took the time to explain the operation and warranty of the unit. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.
