I recently had a diamond earring fall down the drain in my shower. I tried to retrieve it with a wire hanger hook as Google suggested, but was unsuccessful. It also suggested trying a shop vacuum and suck it out. This happened 3 days into the snow/ice storm, so when I called A-AAnnandale Plumbing I wasn't sure they would be able to fit me in to their schedule. But today the following day their technician Miguel successfully retrieved my diamond earring using a shop vacuum. Miguel was very honest saying that he had never tried the technique before. Seems the first time was a charm, and now Miguel has a 100% batting average. The entire visit was less than 30 minutes, and I am forever grateful for Miguel's heroics. Miguel did not charge me so I gave him a hug and a nice generous tip.

Michael was prompt and detailed. He took the time to figure out how to solve our problem and install the minisplit in the ideal location for our house. The install team did a Great job. As clean and everything is working perfectly.
