A-1 Superior Plumbing & Sewer Inc did a great job removing my old water heater and installing a new one. On time, polite, price quoted was the price paid and work area was clean when the job was done. I would use them again.

It was an excellent experience. I just needed a toilet removed and replaced, but didn't have much hope of getting it done in time for Christmas. Joe responded immediately and was able to get it done a couple days later. Quality work in a timely manner. I really appreciate that.

They didn't have the right equipment to do the job.They had one large machine and a grease machine .They couldn't get the big machine in like I'm the first that happened to.They make a medium root cutting machine that they should have had on the truck.They used the grease on mine which plugged back up with in the hour.I had to go to home depot and rent the smaller machine and it worked great.I was ripped off and demand a refund or further action I will take.W.O. 2188

For a $165.00 bill, I was offered a $600.00 solution, and he moved the clog in my sink a foot or so. This made my bathroom sink [the original reason they were called was to fix a slow to empty sink] and tub both back up together. Roto Rooter solved both for me, but they ran an additional $269.00

They discriminate on the areas they service. I understand it is their preference and their right to decide where they do business, however, everyone in certain areas is not the same. Oh well, from some of the reviews it looks like I saved myself a headache anyway. I should have known from the name of the business. Good luck to anyone who they do actually service!

He's a big ripoff. Sump pump went out and he charged me $465 to replace the sump pump with one exactly like it that I could have purchased for under $150. It took him less than 1/2 hour to replace the pump as well. I was in a bind, BUT will never recommend him to anyone. He waaayyy overcharged me. Too bad I didn't read his reviews before I called him.

Joe at A-1 was great! We called him about a broken pipe, from the outside water valve. The pipe was in my daughter's crawl space and flooded her entire lower level. Joe was there within 1/2 hour and had the pipe and valve replaced in about an hour- hour and a half. We thought his bill was very reasonable. We will definitely use him again. Thanks Joe!

Super professional and very respectful of our house and our time. Was super courteous to my wife and congratulated us on our new baby. Was able to take care of everything in a timely and professional manor, and was able to answer every question I had. I would recommend their service, and plan on using them to replace our sink soon.

You should call 100 OTHER companies before you let these crooks come near your home. They take advantage of your hard earned money and rip you off. Oh yeah they don't finish the job until a week later and they hire somebody else to do the job for them for thousands less.

Joe, the owner of A-1 Superior Plumbing recently fixed our leaking toilet and replaced our dated kitchen faucet. He did a great job with both. He's very knowledgeable, courtesy and professional. He throughly explained everything to us. We are very pleased with his work.
