Terrific response, quick, and efficient. Highly recommend.
Excellent service. Called them on a dark rainy night and they showed up in an hour, fixed our clogged sewer line, charged a fair price, and had a great disposition. I say, use them first. 🥇
We called after 6:00 PM and they were here by 8:00 PM to clear a sewer drain clog. They just saved us thousands in sewer line replacement! We believe their phone number has become associated with the wrong google listing. Owner Phillip & Austin took excellent care of us this evening.
I don't usually rate companies, however, this one was so bad I feel I need to say something. I called and asked for the price to empty my tank and was told a reasonable price. So I had them do the work and after he was done he started adding extras that were never mentioned. He tried charging me another $100. If you're going to charge a customer extra talk to them before you do the work that way they can decide to have the extra work done.
Mike is the owner/operator and is a complete rip off!!!! DO NOT HIRE. I called him to come to my rental property to check out a faucet that was not working. He ended up do the work without giving me an estimate first and charged $450 to replace a faucet and was only at the house for 30 minutes!!! I'm reporting to the better business bureau.
