911 Rooter & Plumbing was an absolute godsend from the minute I called. I host an Airbnb property in Denver and the previous guests had clogged the toilet, and I only had a couple of hours before the next guests were due to check in. I called a few other plumbers in the area who weren't able to make it over for a number of hours, but when I got in touch with Angela at the 911 Rooter office, she immediately understood my rush and did everything she could to get someone over to my house as quickly as possible. Within 20minutes, Caleb and Bob showed up. The technicians were professional, friendly, and really helped me out with what turned out to be a nightmare situation. The Airbnb guests had tried to flush some sort of small animal down the toilet, which they got out, disposed of, documented for me, and then consoled me as I broke down in tears over what awful guests we had just had. I will never forget their kindness and support and have never been happier to have called the plumber. A million thanks to the entire team who made a horrible situation, bareable.

I had a backup that filled my washing machine with sewage from a plugged pipe in the basement of my townhouse. I dumped in half a gallon of Drano and tried snaking the clog with a 20 foot snake from Home Depot. Also tried blowing out the clog with my air compressor. Nothing worked. All I managed to do was create a sewage/Drano geyser in my laundry room. I had guests coming for Thanksgiving so was beginning to stress out, so I called 911 Rooter & Plumbing. Fortunately, they were able to come same day. Thomas and Jose figured out where the clog was, gave me a fair estimate, then rooted thru it and also found some goo that they had to use an expanding balloon pressurized jet to successfully flush out. As a precautionary measure, and to avoid another trip charge, I also asked them to clean the mainline, which they did quickly and efficiently. Needless to say, trip charge, 2 guys and 2.5 hours, cost more than the $69 discussed in another Yelp review, but the work Thomas and Jose was well worth it. They wore disposable booties and really cleaned up after themselves (and much of my mess). Nice job 911!!

Very reputable company. They stand behind their work and truly have a lot of integrity. I highly recommend this company.

I didn't have an issue paying the $175 after hour fee, but when the tech told me they were going to try to charge $400 to clear out a kitchen drain line, I was shocked. Absolutely ridiculously overpriced. Obviously taking advantage of people that need help after hours.

Call ANYWHERE else if you need plumbing work. Do not get scammed! If you have a small leak on a residential line, look up Shark-Bite fittings and YouTube videos on how to install. Called 911 Rooter around 7:55PM on a Friday night due to a pinhole leak from our hot water line from the hot water heater. They said the tech would arrive no later than 150-minutes (about 10:30PM) and immediately charged our card for the $150 emergency callout fee. I called them back at 10:38PM and conversation went like this: "Hi, we called a couple hours back for a plumber to fix a burst pipe." "We were just about to call you. The tech is finishing up another job now so they will soon be on their way to you." "Well how long will that take? You said they would be here by now." "Probably 30-minutes to finish up then 30 to 45-minutes to get to your location." "That's ridiculous. You said they'd be here within 150-minutes and now you've just added another 60." "I said 'roughly' 150-minutes." "210-minutes is not ROUGHLY 150-minutes. That is an hour late. You can certainly cancel this appointment." "Are you sure? You're his next stop." "Yes I'm 100% sure and I expect the emergency callout fee to be refunded." "That is not refundable." "I only agreed to pay that under the agreement the plumber would be here at the quoted time. Do you understand why that is ridiculous?" "Okay, we'll refund it." "Thank you! Bye." The call lasted 91-seconds. There is no way I would have ended that call that quickly if the woman did not tell me I'd be refunded. I've realized she only said that to get me off the phone. Now, after many attempts to contact them via email, they will not respond. I believe this is a scam they pull often to get the $150 fee without doing any actual work.

Daughter had a leak in hot water heater. 911 came our and said it must be repaired immediately. Quoted her $2900 for replacement, but wouldn't give detailed estimate. She agreed based the fear the 911 representative put in her mind about no time to wait and damage to the home if it failed. After the job was done she asked for a receipt and it was for $2886 with no details. I asked for a detailed receipt 2 more times and was told they are a fixed fee company and wouldn't provide the detail. I got the model number off the hot water heater and it retails for approximately $1000. If I add $400 for hoses, parts, and other miscellaneous hard costs including the $50 expansion tank to the $1000 heater we get to $1400 of hard costs. Add $100 haul away fee we're at $1500. The cost of $2886 less $1500 for hard costs leaves $1386 for labor for 3.5 hours plus 1 hour drive to/from Northglenn is 4.5 hours. That's $308 per hour for labor including driving (which should be at a lower rate). Interest research revealed that a hot water heater replacement should cost $1000-$1500 in my zip code. As a result, I asked for a $500 refund due to taking advantage of a 25 year old woman, scaring her into the immediate installation, and excessive labor charges. The request has been ignored by 911. I would stay away from 911 due to excessive cost and no transparency into material and parts costs. Labor cost was completely over the top and outside of a reasonable range. Find someone else to solve your plumbing needs.

I called to have someone come to clear my drain. The gentleman pictured arrived at the end of a 2 hour window. The operator said he was at another call and would call prior to him arriving. They said it was $150 service call because it was after hours. I paid it because when I got home from work my laundry room was backed up. When the technician arrived I am pretty sure he was not on his way from a call. He was perfectly clean and pressed and for a large man he had not even broken a sweat in 85 degree weather. I have a 2 way clean out right by the drive way. The technician looked at me with a straight face and quoted me $753 on top of the $150 I had already paid. $900 to snake a drain NO WAY!!! Then he had the nerve to say we dont charge by the hour we charge by the job. Rooter Town came the next morning and for $95 and 20 minutes worth of work my drain was cleared. Now I know why he hadn't broken a sweat because he made more than the guy that actually cleared my line and he was at my home for no more than 8 minutes. SHAME ON YOU 911 Plumbing and Drain!!!! Do not use this plumber they are only looking to make a fast easy buck without actually doing the job and if they do the work for you it will be at a premium cost to you!!! I attempted to contact them with my issue via e-mail and never heard a word back from them. Please do not make these con artists any money. They are not in the service business they are only out to take advantage of the customer.

Here is the deal with this company. They won't give you any price over the phone for the work to be done. I had a clogged kitchen return at a rental unit right before Christmas, and they were the only ones I could get to come out that day. However they would not give me an hourly rate, or even a ballpark estimate over the phone. They say they will tell you the cost once they get there. I would NEVER normally do business that way (who would) but I didn't want to leave my renters hanging over Christmas so I agreed. Once the tech showed up he told me it would be 400 dollars for 10 minutes work. I was floored, but figured it had to be done for my renters so again I agreed. No big deal, lesson learned and I would never use them again. Well I received an email asking for my feedback, and of course I gave them the lowest rating. I just received the most insulting response from a company I could possibly imagine! Basically telling me I don't know the difference between paying for quality work, when all they did was snake a drain. What a joke these people are. If you look at their response below, you can see how aggressive, defensive and insulting they are towards their customers. I guess that's what you are paying a "premium" for, to be treated like garbage! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place, literally any other company in town would be a better option.

Jose came out in the middle of the night to fix a toilet at a property I manage. He explained he didn't know the exact cause and would have to come back the next morning at 8am with some more tools. He said a part of the toilet may had been installed correctly or that the line was potentially blocked but to get everything working it would cost $768. Based on the time I agreed because we couldn't have water keep leaking into the hallway. At 9am the next morning the tenant calls and says Jose has not returned. I call him and he explains that is office said the wasn't able to return until the evening at 5pm. No one called us to explain this. He goes back out and just snakes the line and calls back to tell me that he could fix an additional piece on the toilet to make it more stable for $1200?!? I tell him to skip this and then ask so I just paid $768 for a line to be snaked? I ask him to have management call me and he refuses. He says they will just tell me the same thing. And that if we don't pay by tomorrow morning they will be sending us to collections. The only reason I am giving this a 1 star is because the woman at the office whom answered the phone was very helpful and is having management contact me about this. Do not use the company!!! $768 to snake a drain. It is insane.

Found this family owned and run business that prides themselves on making sure you are completely happy, through Home Advisor. They are prompt and their prices can't be beat. I love the staff and I can't say enough good things about Patrick and how fabulous he is. He came to our gutted house and told us what the issues were. I knew they were bad and knew I had to get them fixed. To be honest, with the way this house has been going, I was expecting to have the price be more than double what it was. He explained everything and showed me what needed to be done and came prepared to do it. He was here all day and with everything he did, I know I couldn't have found a better company that does such quality work. Worth every penny and I have used them several times since. I will be replacing our hot water heater in the near future and will be having them do it. They are the BEST!!!! Don't want to take my word, then try them. I can guarantee they will prove the same thing to you. They are absolutely the best out there and their prices and professionalism can't be beat.

We were charged $836.00 for the replacement of a shut off valve that cost $11 @ home depot and they were here for 10 minutes. They charged $150 for the after hr fee which I completely understand because it's an emergency and after hrs. However, when he told me it's was going to be $686 to replace the valve, I was beside myself. I explained we couldn't afford that my husband is a disabled combat veteran and we live on a fixed income and asked if he would work with us, he said no, we can call another company and it would cost the same and because we just had new flooringput it and could not risk it leaking, we pulled out our cc and paid. We called EG Plumbing, reputable licensed and insured Plumbing to have the rest of the work done in our home because this company was so expensive and they informed us the job would have cost $200 total with after hrs fee. We feel completely taken advantage of in a time when we really needed someone to be honest and give us a good deal. I do not recommend this company at all. They are a complete rip off!

We used this company to winterize our sprinklers and that turned into a nightmare. First of all they are overpriced. We paid $150 for winterization of the sprinklers but we were ok with that because they stated that they guarantee their work and if there are any issues, they would take care of that. When we turned on our sprinklers this year, a few of them were leaking. We called this company 3 times to fix the damages that were caused by their work and twice they sent people that had no idea what was happening and were not interested in trying to figure it out and just told us that there is nothing wrong. But the sprinklers were leaking in multiple spots!!! The third time they sent a "professional" that told us "oh, it is wear and tear". Our sprinklers were fine until these people worked on them. When we tried contacting management asking for the resolution, no one cared to even acknowledge the issue and contact us back. Worst experience ever! They don't care about customers, they only care about taking your money!!

Think twice before calling them. We had a mainline back up in our rental after hour, called them and said they would come out for $150 "after hour fee" since this was around 10pm, the tech that showed up said it'll be another $580-$800 ON TOP of the $150 that was already charged to clear the line!!!! He seems reluctant to do that job as if he could careless if we say yes or no. We have had to clear out mainlines in many properties the price usually are $88-$250 at most. We opted to wait until 7:30 for the other company to come out and do cleared the line (in less than 10 minutes, the blockage was about 12 feet from the main clean out) for the more reasonable price that we feel is much more reasonable. I think they're just collecting the $150 from desperate people like me without doing the work. This company not only lack compassion and customer service, but straight out tried to extort from you. BEWARE!

I originally contacted 911 through home advisor to have a new faucet installed in my kitchen. When Caleb arrived he was very pleasant and we inspected under the kitchen sink and he showed me the aged condition of the existing pipes and garbage disposal. I then made the decision to have new pipes, garbage disposal and faucet installed. I did not realize I would be giving up the convenience of my portable dishwasher. Caleb was very patient and went out of his way to find an adapter for this unit. He finally found one several miles away that consisted of a split hose that went under the sink. I am 78 years old with the infirmity's of aging. When I attempted to use my dishwasher it was apparent I could not turn on the valve that would supply water to the dishwasher unless I actually laid on the floor, which is an impossibility. After paying $1,600 I feel there must be a resolution. HELP!
