Jack from 911 plumbing is a life saver. From the moment a neighbors tree hit my weatherhead, Jack was there to provide support and guidance along the way to get my equipment replaced/fixed. He help me when I filed an insurance claim, and was willing to speak to them if they had questions. Although it took a couple month for PGE to come out for a 15 min job, Jack and his team was here immediately after to restore power. 911 is great if you are not only having an emergency and are extremely helpful. Note: Jack is a jack of all trades, so he can help with roof (if there is damage), with A/C if it goes out, almost anything. They are worth reaching out too, so do not hesitate to call. Jack did an amazing job installing pendant lights and vanity lights in our home. He is very professional and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a great electrician in Fresno/Clovis area.

Jack and his team are great. I called to have some faucets replaced and plug sockets checked and they really took care of me. Not only were they able to do the corrections I asked for, but also offered to do a number of other repairs and replacements for me. This included replacing our tank water heater with a tankless system and replacing some lights and fans on our outdoor patio with proper outdoor graded fixtures. Jack is also willing to offer advice and suggestions in ensuring you have a great outcome, but also will respect your wishes and follow your instructions. Trustworthy, reliable, and quick in their work, I plan on using them as my regular contractor for my plumbing and electric projects in the future.

I hired Jack to install a sub-panel, automatic transfer switch, and to re-locate 4 circuits from the main to the new sub-panel. I had gotten a few quotes and decided to hire him even though he wasn't the lowest but because he seemed nice and trustworthy. He came over and we discussed the install. He was going to install a 100A sub-panel and transfer switch. When he showed up, he had a big 125A panel and had to leave to go get the breakers. I had marked out the 4 circuits I wanted moved using painters tape and had written the names of the circuits on it using a Sharpie. He installed the big panel not leaving any room for the transfer switch and had to move over the sub-panel. Then he moved over the circuits and finished up. That night I was testing the circuits and found that he moved the wrong circuit. He moved over the smoke detector circuit, not the loft circuit like I had requested. When I asked him to come back to fix, he argued the circuits were mislabeled in my main panel. I told him I turned on all the lights in my loft and turned off the breaker which turned off power in my loft which verified the labeling was correct. He refused to come back unless I paid him a minimum of $200 to fix his own mistake. When I opened the sub-panel I noticed his workmanship was crap. He didn't even bother to try and get all the strands of the copper wire into the terminals. He didn't label any of the relocated breakers in the new sub-panel which is why I had to test the circuits. I would not recommend him.

Way too expensive! Ask- Install a 240v outlet in backyard. Just 20ft from the panel and I would dig the trench. Response- $1700 Issue- Price of material is approx $50 and time to do the work is just 1hr. I installed 8 outlets in my backyard already that are 3wire 120v but wanted a professional to handle this outlet as it is 4w 240v for a new spa. Don't waste your time unless you have too much money.

Jack and his team were great when it came to replacing the outlets in my large, older house! I really wanted to make sure we were up to code in regard to electrical safety, and so needed to replace dozen of plugs with GFCI ones in a number of spaces, including outside of the house and in the garage. Jack and his workers were not only patient in checking and making sure all the outlets that needed to be replaced were found and changed out, but also let me check the finished installation. If I felt the new sockets were sitting crooked or did not like how the wall plate sat, they would kindly remove and adjust things until I was satisfied. Many contractors are fine with rushing through and finishing the job as quickly as possible, cutting corners and leaving the final result unpolished. Jack, on the other hand, seems genuinely invested in his customer's happiness and thus will spend extra time addressing every detail you want to make sure you are satisfied with the final result. I am glad I trusted and went with 911 Plumbing & Electric for this project and I will use them for other electric work as I update and renovate my home.

Our hot water heater decided to have a slow and agonizing death over the course of a few months, and it finally took its last "breath". We called four different places to get estimates, and a timeline of when the hot water heater can be replaced, and most places were WAY over priced and couldn't even have a replacement done until after Christmas. Luckily, Jack was super prompt about calling me back, AND when he came out and gave the estimate (which was extremely reasonable) we said he could have the new hot water heater installed the next day. Skip ahead to today... install went amazingly, and Jack and his crew did such an amazing job that we will be having him replace our other hot water heater in a few months. Eventually we will also have him replace all the electrical outlets in our 50 year old house, and as well as have him resolve some of the issues we are having with our plumbing. I am extremely satisfied with Jack's service, professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, and rates... DEFINITELY our go-to for electrical and plumbing... THANKS, JACK!!!

We had an urgent, and potentially dangerous, situation on a weekend. Jack was able to come out the same day. He explained the situation each step of the way and answered all of my questions. He took care of the problem and resolved all my worries. I will absolutely call him in the future without hesitation. This is my new go-to electrician. And a great example of how business is supposed to be conducted. No one wants to spend extra money on things you won't see, especially around the holidays, but this was money well spent. They were able to come out the day we called them to diagnose the issue with our water heater and were able to take care of both the plumbing and electric. Very friendly and helpful gentlemen who took care of a number of issues and were willing to come back on Thanksgiving had the store been open to buy a new tankless water heater. Once the store opened, they were able to get the hot water restored with a brand new tankless water heater installation within hours. Also replaced multiple light fixtures and two dead GFCI outlets. Excellent service and much appreciated!

Jack and his team from 911 plumbing and electric helped us out over this weekend to fix some electric issues which have been troubling us for over a year. Although it was a weekend he arrived promptly just after 2 hours of calling him. He was super professional and had expert knowledge to diagnose the problems and he was quick to fix each and every issue. our air conditioning unit stopped working and we hade a 3 estimate with three different Air Condition companies. Last estimate we had from 911 Plumbing & Electric Inc. we choose 911 Plumbing electric and we didn’t regret it. Very good people. Very honest people very professional highly recommended. Came out same day to help with an issue I was having with electricity showing live in my shower. Thankfully, it will be a relatively easy and quick fix! I will be calling them to come take care of any electric and plumbing issues! Edit* Came out in a timely manner to change our electric panel into a 200 amp. Very professional and kind. Especially as I was dealing with the stress of trying to get the power company to get the situation fixed. Would recommend to anyone needs an electrician.
