Austin and his team did an incredible job of installing our Heat Pump Water heater. After talking to many plumbers, most who were recommending a standard natural gas replacement, I found Austin who understood my desire for superior energy efficiency and the added benefit of dehumidifying our basement space. He vetted different model options with me and once I found the Rinnae EHPWH that could meet my ceiling height needs he was ready to install it quickly, ensuring I got the tax savings that expired after December. The copperwork done was so clean, I have a work of art in my laundry and broiler room now! I'm very pleased with the quality of work and the care shown. I'll certainly be calling them again for any plumbing needs I might have.
This is our second time using 9 Yards Plumbing and they have been absolutely wonderful. Jody came quickly to fix a difficult issue with a backwards water heater that wasn’t working and was installed improperly by a previous contractor. We now have peace of mind that it was fixed correctly by Jody. Jody and his team are the best and have so much integrity. We will be using them for our plumbing needs going forward.
Jody and his team are the best solution for your plumbing needs. They left the job site cleaner than when they arrived, completed the job in a timely fashion and truly went above and beyond to finish the job right. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option. Austin and another gentleman were out here today diagnosing a problem with my tankless hot water heater and did a phenomenal job. They were actually the second company we had out to fix the problem because the other company couldn’t. Austin never gave up and was able to diagnose it and fix it.
