Excellent experience with Pablo from 357 Plumbing. I wanted to get a heat pump water heater installed. It was a GE brand and Pablo was recommended as an installer for these GE models. He gave a very reasonable quote (other companies were astronomical!), helped walk through the purchase from a supplier, and installed it. The results are great, you can see he takes pride in clean work. Would recommend for price and quality work.

Our garbage disposal started leaking one day into our cupboard and we were desperate for someone to come out right away to fix it as we couldn’t really do anything in our kitchen, without our kitchen sink. Pablo was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He was available the next day. He was very kind and picked up the parts we needed because we didn’t have time to go to the store. He came on time, finished the work, made everything like new and got my kitchen back up and running. I highly recommend Pablo and his services. Trustworthy and reliable

We called 357 Plumbing to fix a deep clog in kitchen sink pipes. Pablo answered our first call and was able to come out the next morning. He provided excellent communication and service, worked quickly and did a thorough job. He made sure to address all our questions and concerns about the old pipes and plumbing system in our relative’s older house. The price was fair (and less than our relative had paid previously with a different plumber). We’d highly recommend 357 Plumbing.

This company just tries to extract as much money as possible from you. I was trying to change the shower cartridge and broke the old one in the process. I called this plumber and he said cartridge is stuck, whole assembly needs to be changed, but meanwhile he turned a couple of screws to stop the water and charged $175 for that. Then later sent me a quote of $1000 to replace the whole assembly. I just managed to pull out the broken cartridge myself by drilling a screw in it and pulling it and installed the new cartridge. Either he doesn't have the expertise or he just suggested a $1000 expense to be able to extract as much money as possible.

I hired Pablo to fix a shower leak that I couldn’t fix myself. I bought the replacement part, and the leak was fixed – credit where it’s due, that part was done right. But that’s about the only thing this guy got right. Pablo told me he needed to go through the back wall, remove plaster, and promised he’d put everything back properly. Well, he didn’t. After he was done, the wall looked like a war zone. The plaster was hacked up and all messed up, looking completely ugly. Now, I’m stuck fixing the wall myself, which is just ridiculous after paying for his “professional” work. To make matters worse, he charged me $500 in labor for a measly 3.75 hours of work. That comes out to $125 an hour to destroy my wall and not even put it back properly. That’s highway robbery for a job that left me with more work than I started with. I’ll never hire this guy again. He may have fixed the leak, but the mess he left behind makes the whole experience a nightmare. Avoid Pablo if you don’t want to deal with costly, half-assed repairs. RESPONSE BELOW: That is a lie. Pablo never made any mention of not repairing or fixing the drywall. His exacts words were “I’ll put it back.”
