We've used this company for after hours emergency plumbing issues twice. The first time Samuel helped us with a stubborn shower cartridge. The second time Dylan helped us with a hose bib malfunction. Both plumbers were very helpful and lovely to work with.

Don from 24 Hour Express Services recommended to replace my failing water heater with a tankless water heater. He thoroughly explained the rebate program offered by the SoCal Gas Co. along with the benefits of a tankless system. So we scheduled a consultation visit to see if my home was a good candidate for a tankless system. Don and Mathew came and explained the installation process and gave me all the information on the products that they would install. Don emailed an estimate the next day and we scheduled the install for the following day Friday.
