I can’t say enough good things about 24/7 Rescue Plumbing Inc! I had an emergency and was so relieved by how quickly they responded—literally within minutes. It was late at night, and true to their name, 24/7 really means 24/7! Not only were they fast, but they were also honest and straightforward, which I truly appreciated in a stressful situation. Thank you for the prompt and reliable service. You really came through when I needed it most!

I recently had the pleasure of working with George from 24/7 Rescue, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, George was professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. Not only did he resolve the plumbing issue quickly and efficiently, but he also went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left. His friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent service truly set him apart. I highly recommend George and 24/7 Rescue to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality plumbing work. It’s not often you come across such trustworthy and pleasant professionals—thank you, George!

I had an excellent experience with Rescue Plumbing Services Inc.! From the moment I called, the customer service was friendly and professional. They scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time. The plumber was very knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the issue. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. The work was completed quickly, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will definitely call them again for future services!

If I could give this place zero stars I would... This mike guy could not be any ruder. If we are paying for a service I expect professional and courteous customer service. From the get go he was condescending and rude and behaved as if he was doing me a favor. Never calling this place again!

I just called to try to get a quote and "Mike" (or whatever his name was) was not only condescending but showed poor customer service skills. I was ready to give him my business and that call was all I needed to "click" say "good-bye"! If that's the service you get over the phone I do not want to figure out what the actual service would look like.

We used this business and we need to write this review so that others have full info on our experience. When we first called Pasadena Plumbjng, we were pleasantly surprised that they could make a house call in short notice- we had a broken sink tap and also a few minor items we needed to fix. Mike came by and literally flew around the house for 20 minutes and 'fixed' everything. Charged us $125 for visit and $40 + tax for a small shower faucet and a small part ( we thought the prices were strangely high for the parts but we were fine with it at that point). He didn't replace the taps on the sink - and his 'fixed' tap rotated the wrong way ( who DOES that? ) but we were just glad that the sink was working at that point and believed him when he said they didn't need to be replaced. After Mike left, I noticed that some of the aerator parts that I had wanted him to replace on my faucet were still inside the bag I gave him- unopened . I called him back right away but he said that they didn't fit. We have 4 different kinds of faucets in the house. How could he tell none of them fit without even opening the bag???? We decided to not pursue this point any further. A few days later, I noticed that he actually attached his shower to our outlet and we couldn't move it. It means that the shower only works in one angle- and its ridiculous because only I can shower there- my husband, who is taller can't because we can't rotate the shower head. Who FIXES things like this? At least he could have told us this was happening or better yet gotten a better shower head! We decided to leave this issue in the meantime, since we have another bathroom in the house. A few weeks later, even though we hardly use the guest bathroom, the tap that we had originally wanted fixed came loose again- with water ever so subtly leaking again. We really couldn't leave this issue alone since we don't want water damage- no matter how small the leak. We needed Mike to come check it out. We called Mike thinking it would be a quick fix, but he was extremely rude when we first called him- he didn't want to hear anything and kept asking how long had it been since he was over at our house. We looked at our records , and it had been about 4-5 weeks. Mike kept saying he wasn't going to fix it if it had been 30 days- even though we kept telling him that we hardly ever use that sink in the house. He finally relented , came by a few days later- didn't 'find' the leak because we had already cleaned up under the sink, shouted at my husband for wasting his time and left. We didn't even have time to ask him about the weird shower situation.. To summarize: 1. Didn't fix the sink tap we asked to - even though we had the replacement ready. The same tap broke again and we got shouted at by Mike for 'wasting' his time. 2. Didn't really look into some of the work I had asked him to do, and pretended he knew what he was talking about ( how exactly did he know my faucet parts fit or not without opening my bag or looking at the taps in our house) 3. He replaced our shower wonkily - that we need to contort to fully use. 4.Got shouted at for nothing! 5. We are hiring another plumber soon to replace the broken and wrongly turning sink tap. Please judge for yourself. Completely unprofessional. Shoddy work, no wonder he won't stand by it.

2:00pm.. (I have to edit my post to generate a timeline on his visit since I just got a call from Mike) I am absolutely confused, I'm reading all of these great reviews about Mike from Pasadena plumbing however my experience is a total180 degree from what everybody saying. Mike arrived at my place promptly, was very nice and engaging. I described the situation of my clogged bathroom sink; he said he'll snake it but won't install the plumbing itself. As strange as it sounded, I asked for clarification to which he said that he couldn't guarantee that wouldn't leak again. I accepted because I need it to get it done now. My partner shows up, asks about the details I briefly explained to him what the plumber had said. My partner commented, let me talk to him. The strangest thing happened: Mike the plumber pick up all his equipment and started to walk away and says: have a good day. I think he is joking, I follow him and he's just ignoring me (he thinks that this is acceptable) he wanted me to be sure to note that he did not yell nor scream at me... WTF?!? His coworker is looking at me with my exact same dumb-look in his face as I had in my own. That is the biggest, craziest most insane thing I've seen. I called his company and he answered; he said that he felt threatened and unsafe... I asked why? He gave me the same rhetoric as before that to be sure to note that he didn't yell nor scream at me. In conclusion, what?!? Again what?!? Mike has apparently been off his drip or whatever medicine he's in. I'm glad he didn't turn out to be some psychopath and he just left. I hope the rest of his company is not as nutty as he is. Continuation: (Once more; not sure who is writing reviews on this guy; please read on:) At 4:41 pm Mike called me again having read my review; he proceeds to tell me how much of a nice guy he is (but he might change his mind) he says unlike me the way I wrote his review, that he could call the city of Pasadena and have "an official (sic) shook me up a bit" I managed to tape his rhetoric this time. When I mentioned that to him; that I'm taping the call, he changed his threatening tactic to more of a concern (again) about his safety as how he was threatened by the whole thing. He continued on how we don't have a permit to change a faucet??? Dear Sir; I promised I would be fair and honest when posting my review, and I was... but rest assured I will be making a complaint to whatever department that oversees your license. You are now blocked Mike, not only because of your harassing behavior, but also for the blackmail and extortion tactics to try to get me to remove my post.

Mike at Pasadena Plumbing is a hard working and honest person who I have been fortunate enough to find. Over the years, Mike has cleared our lines, changed our water heater and helped trouble shoot while always offering his expertise and opinion for consideration rather than trying to outwit or take advantage of those of us who know nothing about plumbing. I offer two examples of Mike's honesty and work ethic. 1- Once upon a time, we had bought and installed a water heater from Home Depot. It broke down about 4 years later. Both Home Depot & Mike had said a new part was needed (not stocked at HD) which we would have to wait to rec via delivery. The thought of no hot water for a week made for an easy decision..let's put a new one in. Mike brought one and said he would personally see to it if anything should go wrong (unlike HD). As we were wrapping up installation, Mike asked if he wanted him to dispose of the water heater, which we of course were happy to agree to. The next day he phoned me asking when he can drop off a Home Depot gift card of over $700!! I did not understand what he was asking me, but he went on to explain that he took the tank to HD and they refunded him that amt as the 10 year warranty was still applicable. He could have easily kept the amount for himself, but his integrity and honesty are things that can't be matched. 2-We had some crazy back-up in our kitchen sink - nothing was draining even with the garbage disposal. He said he can come the next day to sort out, which I was thankful for. I sent him a pic and vid of the problem. 15 minutes later he called me and asked if I could try a few things. He walked me through a few steps and within 5 minutes the problem was fixed and the water was draining. I was super happy to see the results and knew I would no longer have to cancel dinner plans that evening or resort to washing dishes in a bathtub. Such a relief! When I asked him if I could pay him/he could bill me for his time, he kindly said, "this is not a service call, take care." Mike is an exceptional professional and someone who maintains an incredible level of integrity and willingness to help, while putting people before profits which is rare these days it seems. Call Mike, you won't be disappointed.

I have used Pasadena Plumbing for 90% of my plumbing needs. Mike is quick and knows what he is doing. He always have been on point until now. I had 3 different plumbing issues I wanted him to fix. He didn't want to come out to look so I photographed them. I really needed clarity from Mike, on what I should purchase to make his job easier and go smoothly, when he came to repair. So we communicated through text. I had to buy a faucet, an extension rod and parts for the bath tub and wait for delivery. We both went back and forth asking and answering questions. I guess I asked him too many questions and he totally got rude and told me this; "You know what I'll be honest with you I don't want to do any work for you right now let me know I'm back -and-forth for about 2.weeks asking all these questions I haven't made a penny out of you so therefore please do not text me anymore I'm not interested at all." My mouth dropped. REALLY??? I couldn't believe what I saw. Mike this is how you treat a repeat customer or any customer??? He has completely lost it!! I called the owner Mark and told him my experience. He apologized, felt bad and wanted to come out to see if he could help me. He arrived checked it out, told me what I needed to get but, informed me that he doesn't do the work anymore just answers the phone. REALLY?? Why did I waste my time with him and invite him into the home. I am furious and dissappointed in Pasadena Plumbing. I have told neighbors, family and friends not to even think about calling them. They are RUDE and have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I don't know what Mike is going through but he should pull it together fast. I see I am not the only one making statements about him. Loose the attitude dude you are not all that. They are many Plumbing Companies that want the business. I found another company that was extremely courteous, efficient and I saved $400. Thank you Javier! I am glad you Mike showed who you are because I was paying far too much for a whole lot of lip and attitude that has nothing to do with service. GOOOOD BYEEE GOOOOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!!!!!

In mid-January, I woke up with my toilet backed up and black sludge in my bathtub. I phoned a few friends who suggested that I could be dealing with a serious (and possibly costly) mainline issue. Of course, my friends had some "handy" pals that tinker with a bit of everything. They offered to send them over to take a look. For me, that's a big NO!! This is a job for Superman!!!!! So, I looked on the Nextdoor app and saw that Pasadena Plumbing came highly recommended by a host of neighbors. I called and Mike and his apprentice, Mark were at my door in about 30 minutes. It was late Friday afternoon. So, they did some troubleshooting, diagnosis and promised to return on Monday to fix the issue. Unfortunately, my 99 year old home did not have a clean out valve. Not an issue for Mike and Mark. On Monday, they showed up, installed a clean out valve, did the snake and discovered a larger issue. ROOTS in the main line!! Okay, I am not going to bore with ALL of the specifics. But I can tell you that after Mike worked his magic and after his Hydrojet guy, Juan worked his magic, I am on course to not having another main line problem for another 99 years. Side note: It took Juan several days to get to our home. (His business is thriving!) But I feel that he was definitely worth the wait. I'd like to add that I am confident that their pricing was fair, reasonable and a very good value. Mike, Mark and Juan were so kind and compassionate. I'm in my 60's and mom is in her 80's. We felt that we were in extremely good hands. I can say with confidence that I highly (i mean HIGHLY) recommend these guys.

I called this company last night (Sunday) although it wasn't a "life or death" emergency but it was a family emergency because we'd had a day and a half without a working shower and an overflowing sink. We didn't get a call back for some reason but we called them again in the morning and they were here within the hour. They knocked on the door and presented themselves with a business card which was assuring in this day in age (especially with imposters who try to rob people and such). They gave a quick inspection and quoted us 150 if it was one drain and 200 if it was two separate ones. This was higher than I anticipated but we took it anyways because we didn't have much time on our hands to get this fixed. The two men finished quickly, in about 25 minutes, and they told us that there was indeed a structural problem as I had expected. The main guy encouraged us to talk to the landlord and carefully explained what we needed to tell him was broken. I appreciated his honesty and in the end they gave us a discount because we explained our landlord doesn't pay for any repairs. If you want the cheapest price, you could probably get a better deal elsewhere. But these are nice professionals who get the job done when you really need it!

We used 24/7 Rescue Plumbing Services for a major project, which included replacing the entire sewer line under the house and all the way to the street. The job was complicated and required not only replacement of all pipes, but also a replacement of a portion of the line using a trenchless sewer technique. The project was performed and managed by Jorge, the owner of the business. The entire job went exactly as planned. I found Jorge and 24/7 Rescue Plumbing Services to be very professional. They explained the entire process, ensured that quality work was performed with quality materials. They worked hard to ensure that there was minimal disruption to our normal daily lives, left the entire place in order, and completed the job in a seamless manner. This was very much appreciated, especially for a busy family with young kids. On top of all of this, their prices were very competitive, and Jorge struck me as a very honest and hard working guy. They even unclogged a sink drain on the house! No complaints here, and I strongly recommend using their services for small and large projects.

I used to use Mike all the time, we were friendly, I even gave him wine as gifts since I'm a wine vendor.... He was reliable... until he showed me the kind of man he actually is: When my CO monitor went off while I was at home with my 2 year old and required his help, instead of showing integrity by actually following through with his promise to come by and help figure out the situation, he instead became angry and vindictive when I told him my wife had called another company for a quote. I literally just called Mike to let him know what that quote was and his reaction showed me he is a man who lacks character. Despite me telling him repeatedly that I only planned to work with him, he canceled the appointment we had booked and he told me to never text or call him again. He willingly walked away from a situation where my children were in danger and refused to help. He is not a good person, so despite his expertise I would avoid working with him. I wouldn't feel comfortable having a person who lacks a moral compass in my home and around my family.

I have to say I been scammed 2x before I found George.. the first plumber charged me $1700 and told me it was guaranteed and next day I had same issue. They came back and wanted to charge me more money. So I called second plumber. I was told what the 1st one did wasn't right he had to do something else and that would cost me $9k. So I finally got George number from my friend and when he came he showed me what the issue was and walked me through everything and explained everything in full details. Nothing close to what the other plumbers explained at all. He was so patient and thorough with everything and very reasonable with pricing. Highly recommend George if you want honest work. Which is hard to find these days. Especially being a single woman, you can easily be taken advantage of since we don't know about these issues. Thank you George again for everything and taking your time to do your due diligence and not just rushing through to leave and collect money like the other company.

We had a sewage backup in our 1927 Pasadena home. Mike was very cordial and business-like on the phone and he came out very quickly after I called. He was accurate in his assessment of the problem, and guessing where the main sewage line was. The next morning he brought out his crew promptly at 8am. They did the work quickly, cleanly, and correctly, communicated effectively and were friendly and helpful as well. And they were careful in preserving existing plants and lawn (ancient sewage outflow main had to be located ( more than 4 feet down), dug out, and a cleanout installed before they could find and eliminate the roots blockage. Three hours to do the job. That was very quick, indeed. Clearly they are very experienced and professional. The price was right, in fact a good deal less than their cautionary estimate, and on par with a similar job I had to do some years ago at another location (which took a lot longer!) Good people, good work, fair price, that's great!
