I had 2 plumbers come check what was wrong with my toilet why it did not flush it was a under house job they both saw the hard work and left not cesar he saw the problem and saw the hard work and got work fixed it same day…. professional and has all the right equipment for the job would recommend him..
My mom had 2 toilets that were clogged. Pro-rooter come out and gave estimate of repair, we agreed they flushed the drains and told me they would guarantee work. Four days later toilets backed up again they advised now it would be over five thousand to fix backup, since guarantee wasn't in writing they refused to honor. Ceasars stated no need to flush drain because it would back up again all pipes under house would need to be replaced. I called Downey plumbing they came out fixed issue for less than 300.00. I have waited 3 weeks to write review . The toilets have not backed up again. I would advise get 2nd opinion very dishonest would not recommend
Best quality and professional service! Cesar was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this service again and again! So just to give a quick recap of events. My kitchen sink was clogged. I used a plunger, added drano, used a snake and nothing. Thankfully I found 24/7 Pro-Rooter and contacted Cesar he was very responsive and came out to fix the problem right away. He was able to detect the real reason why the sink was not unclogging he had all the right tools and equipment for the diagnostic. And yup he found the problem alright! Years and years of grease accumulation. He got the job done. My initial call was Saturday night and he was here Sunday today I can go back to my kitchen! Thank you Cesar you saved the day.
