Tub to shower retro fit in a house built in the 50's. I had a visit with Don the owner for preliminary estimate one day after calling. In a week we finalized a contract during another visit when I chose trim for fixtures, door and surround color and design. I was given a start date two weeks hence. I changed my mind after the original color choice, no problem. Work began when scheduled and continued until completion. It took seven days. 2Plumbs Up handled the permit and inspection scheduling. 3 inspections: plumbing rough after demo, walls screwed and taped right, drain pan no leak overnight. I also had an exhaust fan installed. This required a crawlspace man for sewer connection, an attic man to install and vent the fan and an assistant for the project manager and primary installer, Gerardo. All showed up at the right time for their part, so company scheduled well and communicated well with a text when the crew was on the way with picture of who was coming. The crew, always on time, were polite and responsive to my questions, concerns and requests and cleanliness needs. Pictures shots are before, demo, and after. My job, beyond paying, is to paint the freshly textured areas above the shower. Five stars says it all. Well pleased.

Started having a leak under my kitchen sink which caused some water damage. The leak would happen when I used the kitchen sink faucet and when I used the dishwasher. I explained this to the initial JR Putman person that came out. He examined everything and he stated that the kitchen faucet was the problem. He replaced the the faucet which was pricey and included the diagnostic fee. One month later I use the dishwasher and there's still water leaking. I reach back out to JR Putman again. They send a different person out. I explain to them what is happening and I thought this problem was resolved. They give me some bs about something being clogged and they unclogged and charged me another diagnosis fee. I asked why if I explained everything what was happening the first time why didn't they diagnose the problem correctly. NOTHING! make a call to make a complaint or speak to a manager. NOTHING!!! WHY DOES THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TECHNICIAN'S MISTAKE. NEVER USING THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

Had them come out to replace a leaky pvc elbow. They felt working with the pvc was too technical for the company skill set. I was surprised. Too bad I waited a few days to find out I called a two plumbs down plumber. I'll just fix myself. Cut and glue. I wanted to avoid having to try a couple times to get it just right.

Steven Campbell from JR Putnam came to our house as part of the club membership we belong to where we pay $14.95 each month for maintenance. We've always utilized JR Putman for the biannual air-conditioning and furnace maintenance check-up program ever since they put the system in 13 years ago. Earlier this week we had some clogging issues in the main drain. Steven came in and through a series of skilled steps he diagnosed we had a clog near the street, but unfortunately still on our property. He found the clean out trap near the street, but it only provided access from the trap to the street not from the trap to the house. Tomorrow we'll have the JR Putman team dig out the clogged portion to determine what the issue is (we have some large trees in the area), fix it and install a new two way clean out trap so in the future we can access the main drain both ways. Steven even set us up with financing so we'll pay not interest if we pay off the note in a 24 month period. Every step of the way Steven kept us informed and showed us what his camera was seeing. It stinks we have a new $3200 debt to retire in 23 months, to avoid interest, but this system will be upgraded. We are not the first house on this block to experience a similar issue. Steven Campbell is a real professional.

I recently had the pleasure of working with 2 Plumbs Up Plumbing and Remodeling and their plumber, Rob Larson. I cannot speak highly enough about their tremendous work and quick service. From the moment I contacted them with my plumbing issue, Rob was prompt in responding and scheduling an appointment. During the service, Rob was not only professional but also very friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided clear explanations of the work that needed to be done. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Don the owner came out and gave an estimate which was surprisingly lower from the other estimates I had gotten from other plumbing outfits. Carlos and Rob came and started the work to do a two-way clean out and also replace all of the pipes underneath the house and a 30 ft replacement of the sewer line going towards the city street. Their work is exceptionally good there work habits were wonderful they did it in a very timely manner. And those guys were so dedicated to completing the job that they worked backfilling the trench in the backyard in the pouring rain I tried to get them to stop and come back another day but they kept at it definitely dedicated to customer service. I would definitely recommend them for any type of plumbing work that you may have that you have to have work done on and they are local business and family-owned so let's support our local business and hire them to do our plumbing work. Five stars for💧 2 Plumbs Up💧 for the work that they did I'm so grateful.

Technician and supervisor were very nice but unfortunately a worker fell and injured himself along with damaging my door. The supervisor was willing to complete the job and I was willing to overlook the damage as I would be refunded for the project. Unfortunately the general manager was not so understanding, he refused to finish the job and made it clear he would not be back. I'm sure it was a misunderstanding because I wanted to use the money that I would have paid for the project towards the repair of my door. I thought it would be more straightforward than having to ask for money to fix my door afterwards. Well, apparently the suggestion rubbed the manager the wrong way and he would not let me explain the situation and just said for me to bill him as he abruptly hung up the phone. So now not only do I still have a broken A/C unit, I now have a damaged door.

My experience with this horrible place has been awful, lie after lie , after spending close to 48 thousand dollars , for remodel if 2bathrooms, one hall and master , they have installed CHEAP fixtures, sinks, vanity ,had to have my hall bathroom showere door replaced because they installed it all wrong, installed tile that was cracked and when I told them they said oh that’s ok it won’t hurt anything , my master is a disaster , put on cheap fixtures but charged me for kholer , the fixtures they put stained my new vanity, said it was my fault , HOW IS IT MY FAULT, so now I’m suing them for thousands of dollars and getting state contractors involved and reporting them to all the right agencies , DO NOT USE THEM LIEERS AND CHEATERS,

I have been trying since March 2026 to get them to install my items on a bid they made for water softener and ionic filter system for AC. It is now May and still none of the parts have been received for installation. I think they are trying to cancel my bid but won't actually say it. Just never answering calls or returning my calls . Asked to speak to manager and they are not in office or "don't work here". Asked to speak to owner or to leave message was told "He is busy helping other clients. " I have been with this company for years, pay a monthly membership fee and still no response. I am wondering if they are avoiding me because I am a senior citizen. BEWARE of false promises.

Our experience started with the owner, Don, who was exceptionally knowledgeable and helped us choose the best plan for our project. We were converting a bathtub to a handicap accessible walk-in shower for my elderly mother. The crews were on-time, polite and extremely neat & courteous. We ran into a minor issue that was resolved in a quick and professional manner. Don and Gerardo went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. They even gave us a shower chair to complete the conversion! We highly recommend 2 Plumbs Up Plumbing & Remodeling.

Although we have not hired Two Plumbs Up, yet? I really appreciate Rob Larson, the technician. He was thorough and thoughtful and so far the most trustworthy of plumbers/companies. Really helpful, Rob, I’m so glad that my son referred me to them. So, we did hire Rob and Two Thumbs Up, we’re quite happy that we did. Rob and Aaron are a good team and we had a great experience. Their pricing was fair, and competitive. Now that we used their services, we will get some bids on remodeling that Two Thumbs Up has services for. Thanks again, Rob and Aaron.

This was the beginning stage of deciding to hire JR Putman. Don did a great job with listening to what we wanted done and advising us about options that best fit our goals. He had recommendations within that stayed within our budget. There was no attempt to "up-sell" but only to make certain we were getting the best value for what we wanted. He also explained the process, time frames, and permits and inspections. We feel confident he will do a good job based on his company's work on other projects in our home.

Our technician, Steve, was awesome!! He was on time, and very thorough in taking time to understand what the issue was to find out the root cause of the leak. Steve is friendly and polite and we are very thankful to Steve for defining the leaking issue and unclogging the kitchen drain. The dishwasher runs smoothly like it should now.
