Absolutely loved our experience with first class plumbing. Logan was so helpful and kind. I wouldn't trust our home to anyone else. We are lifelong customers and encourage all our friends to call Logan!

Logan at 1st Class Plumbing was very quick to take care of our emergency situation! He is very knowledgeable and professional about his work! I will definitely use his service again.

Summary: Logan is COVID-19 vaccinated, his service was very professional, he gave me great advice. I look for COVID-19 vaccinated professionals to do work in my home, as I had a close friend die of COVID-19. In mid-Michigan, maybe 40% of service people are vaccinated. Logan was happy to let me know of his vaccination status (vaccinated). No weirdness around that. You should ASK all your contractors about their vaccination status, before they come out, as they meet with many different people every day, and can be a vector. And if you have to use an unvaccinated contractor, make them wear a mask. I hired Logan to scope my 60 year old iron sewer line, which he did with me watching over his shoulder. It was very useful to help me plan permanently fixing some longstanding backup problems. Later, I called him to get advice. He gave unbiased, thoughtful, and frank answers, even though he wasn't necessarily the right guy for the job. Really, really like this guy.

When our basement flooded (along with our whole town) in 2017, we worried it damaged our 13-year-old water heater. 1st Class came in and checked it during what had to be their busiest day ever. Recently that water heater finally had to be replaced. 1st Class gave us next-day service, showed up when they promised, got the job done quickly and cleanly and were able to give us a good price at the same time. The new water heater is great!

So glad we found 1st Class Plumbing! We just moved to the area and have a lot of home projects, so working with Logan was such a relief. He was very prompt, polite and efficient! Will be working with 1st Class Plumbing in the future and would definitely recommend others to do the same.
