100 Percent Plumbing

Great job, as usual!

When other plumbers gave up on our low water pressure issue 100 Percent Plumbing persisted until finding the obscure cause, their determination and expertise solved a problem we'd lived with for years thinking it was unfixable basically.

This company is extremely responsive, provided excellent service and their pricing is reasonable.

Pricing for a basic flush was $400. Went with another option that was 40% more affordable.

Tyree missed finding the problem the first time he came on Wednesday morning and thought it was an HVAC issue. The HVAC person came 6 hours later and found the general area of the water leak, so I called you back. Tyree came back yesterday afternoon and was reluctant to try to find the source of the water leak suggesting that we consider hiring a leak detection service. I rejected that and asked him to try to find it. He tried to find it but couldn't and asked the restoration crew to expose the pipe upstairs and left. In an attempt to remove the vanity, they broke the stone. They were able to find the leak in the area he had worked on initially. They were just more skilled and more motivated. They have arranged for another plumber to come and fix the leak. I was not happy with Tyree.

I called on Monday (a holiday) and Matt came out the next day. My disposal would not run, just hummed. Matt suggested a few remedies to save me a plumbing call, but they didn’t work. So, he came, gave me an estimate to replace (motor was shot), and worked hard to work with my unusual plumbing configuration. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. He worked hard and explained the problems he encountered. I can’t say enough what a positive experience this was, even with all the difficulties he had working with my plumbing. He never lost his cool with me or the task at hand. Thank you Matt! And thank you 100% Plumbing!

Everything posted about this company is true: amazing customer service, hard working people, detailed estimate, recommended options, all great. So great that we came back to them within a month of installing our tankless water heater and asked for the whole house filtration without getting quotes from other companies. Matt coordinated all the work related to tankless and Josh was our contact for water system & reverse osmosis. We are so happy we found a plumbing company that really cares about customers and treats them as a family (their words but we sign off as this is true). It makes it so much easier for the homeowner to have a trustworthy partner!

What a lifesaver!! I contacted 100 Percent Plumbing after not getting responses from other companies. They not only responded (I am one of the unlucky ones still without power) after the ice storm to help me turn off water that I couldn’t reach, they came early!! SO NICE too. Price was reasonable—no gouging during the storm emergency. When I asked if it would be easy for me to get the water back on once power was restored he said, you have my number, just give me a call. For the first time in days, looking for hotel rooms, flashlights, sand for the ice, etc. to have such a positive experience was wonderful.

Nick Standal of 100% Plumbing heeded our service call earlier today. He immediately arrived and replaced our condensing pump in the dehumidifier located in the home crawlspace. Mr. Standal also identified the problems with our washing machine leaking from the pipes, in the garage. He recommended corrective actions, and committed to perform said actions if we are not made whole from the previous installation company. His knowledge, courtesy and spirit of helpfulness is to be commended. We are truly grateful to 100% Plumbing and Nick Standal for their ability to rectify our plumbing issues. Chief Harold Couch

I had a few plumbing jobs that had been building up and hired 100 percent plumbing to do it. They sent a tech by the name of Nick, he put in a new pressure regulator, and added a shut off valve to my unit with an automated water shutoff system so if I get a leak when we are not home the house won't flood. Nick was on time, communicated well with their app. He made sure I was 100% happy before he left and their pricing was reasonable. I saved their number for the future. You never know what you're going to get when finding someone online (especially these days) but I was pleasantly surprised here!

; drain under house sagging and was partially plugged. The guys came out within 45 minutes of our call and went right to work. Very efficient. Used auger on main waste lines, fixed washer drain which had been installed incorrectly years ago, made recommendations for a slow-draining sink in guest bathroom. All in all, a very efficient and excellent job. The guys were professional and friendly with very helpful hints and recommendations abut fixing our drains problem, Impressive and we highly recommend 100% Plumbing. We're having them back in a couple of weeks to do more work too!

We needed a pipe replaced had an amazing experience with 100% Plumbing! From the initial estimate through the end of the job, they were communicative, punctual, thorough, and extremely fair. They definitely went above and beyond to help keep our expenses at a minimum while doing high quality work. They even stayed much later than expected while we waited for the city water folks to fix something (not at all 100%'s fault), to make sure we could turn our water back on. We would absolutely recommend this team and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs!

It's 8 at night. Our sink is leaking beneath and flooding the kitchen. We call this incredible man. He actually identifies the issue over the phone, has me FaceTime him so he can walk me through fixing the problem so I don't need to pay for a plumber to come out. He patiently waits for over 10 minutes as I fumble with a P trap or something. Eventually, our sink is fixed. My pregnant wife, overjoyed. He doesn't charge us anything. Just wishes us a good night. Absolutely incredible businessman and human being. My favorite experience.

We had situtation where the bathtub drain would gurgle loudly when the toilet was flushed. I researched plumbers via Claude AI and the highest reviewed plumber was 100%. I called, spoke with Matt and we scheduled an appointment. Nick showed up on time, we discussed the issue, he ran through what he was going to do, had all of the tools he needed in his truck and was able to fix the problem in one visit. I highly recommend these folks. They were fast, solved the problem and treated me fairly.

I would like to say thank you for coming out to take care of my water heater and washer box issues. The service was excellent from start to finish. Your technician, Tyree, was amazing—very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough.
