No local company would help me out with a clogged toilet. 1 Tom Plumbing was mother only company that answered and took my call. They took the time and made sure I was taken care of and worked with me to get the job done. Super appreciative of them!! Jake and his guys are great!

I could not have been happier with the work the crew at 1-Tom did at my residence. Jake did a fantastic job building my estimate and working with my insurance company. Bob, Nate, & Ray were professional, courteous, and effective when completing work in my home and yard - fixing exisitng issues and identifying new problems that will save me time and money down the line.

Very easy to schedule the appointment, called late in the afternoon & I was scheduled for the very next morning. The gentleman, Dom Ballou, called me about 20 minutes prior to his arrival, he was right on time. Dom was very professional, explained to me what options we could do & what would be the best choice of options to clean out the drain. He informed me on the cost & was very helpful in explaining what he was going to do. It took about 30 minutes to break through the clogged drain, he checked the toilet to make sure the flow tank was working properly, ran several flushes & filled the floor drain to make sure the drain was flowing correctly & cleaned up afterwards. Dom was great to work with & I would highly recommend 1 Tom Plumber, Dom Ballou was excellent, very courteous & professional.

1 Tom Plumbing and specifically my plumber Steve Prater were really great!!! Very communicative, efficient, and effective especially after we had 25” of snow the two days previously. I had a ball valve leak that has been going on for a while. They were able to tell me the earliest they could make it and informed me of any delays and when they were on my way. Steve took the time to explain to me everything and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Then checked that the work fixed any issues.

Outstanding service! Steve was professional, determined and thorough in resolving our frozen pipe issue. He was so knowledgeable on all details surrounding our situation. 1-Tom-Plumber has an invaluable asset with Steve.
