1-Tom-Plumber

This was my first experience with 1 Tom Plumber. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was pleased with their customer service. Dan Rogers was our technician and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, timely, and friendly (even friendly with our dogs!) I 10/10 recommend 1 Tom Plumber and Dan Rogers.

Brian came in to replace shower pan for my shower. Very professional and high quality work!! Brian is very experienced and kept me informed at each step. He answered all my questions. A REAL PRO!!!!!

Brian with 1 Tom Plumber was awesome. He responded quickly to our community’s emergency water situation and resolved it right away. He was very communicative and thoroughly explained the entire process, which made everything much less stressful. Professional, efficient, and reliable when it mattered most. Highly recommend.

I called 1-Tom-Plumber on a Saturday to ask if they could come to my Brandon residence to shut off the water in my sprinkler system, as I thought a sprinkler head or irrigation pipe had broken. They were able to send Brian Winters right away. The fee they quoted for that service was fine with me. The problem turned out to be much more complex due to tree roots wrapping themselves around two pipes in the ground. Brian Winters spent about 3-4 hours repairing one broken pipe for the irrigation and replacing a bowed pipe for the main water line. It was extremely hard physical work dealing with the tree roots. He worked very diligently and was very meticulous, making sure no damage was done to any other pipes. He replaced the soil and grass afterward. It was so great having someone who knew exactly what they were doing. He was very courteous and friendly and had a sense of humor, which I also greatly appreciated. The cost for the work was extremely reasonable. I would most certainly call this company again in the future. Thanks, Brian!

Needed an emergency plumber. Called and Chris Burke showed up within 40 minutes. He was very courteous, asked some questions to get an idea of what had happened and explained everything he was going to do. Was upfront on the cost and timing. Besides his quick work and everything else he was doing..... He was cleaning up!! I definitely will call them again if the need arises again. Very happy with the service and Chris. Thank you!!
