They have a great little scam going on here. I wanted my garbage disposal replaced. I bought the replacement already. They wouldn't give a quote over the phone. Tech shows up and quotes $500 for replacement. I had to pay $89 for him to tell me he was charging this insane amount. Great way to make money. Quote a ridiculous price, collect $89 and go.

Update: they sent a guy out again and he didn’t repair the damage to the child safety lock their employee destroyed. He gave me $75 in gift cards to hire them again but those gift cards won’t buy more child safety locks to replace what they broke. So I’m still stuck without baby proofing under my kitchen sink. They don’t/won’t clean drains and estimates are not free. I was leery about using them because they have all five star reviews and there’s always somebody who’s not perfectly happy. The first guy showed up and fixed my toilet great five stars to him, but when I asked him to check the sink he said he didn’t smell anything and there’s nothing wrong. I called the company and the guy said they’ll send somebody else out for the next day. I think the guy’s name was Jose? Im not sure but he saw that I had a child and said that he had a kid about the same age and then yanked the cabinet door open Forcefully breaking my child safety lock. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t smell anything, I asked if he could clean the pipes and he just kept saying there’s nothing wrong, he didn’t smell anything. the smell is so bad I’ve had to keep my window open and spray bleach down the drain like every few minutes just to be able to spend time inside my home. I’m having another company come out. He looked under the sink, did nothing then proceeded to attempt to charge me even though he did no work and damaged my cabinet lock. 1-Tom plumber refuse to give me a price quote because they say nothing is wrong and then they said they’re too expensive I can’t afford them.

I literally cannot even believe how much time and money I wasted for Brian to come out and literally get my toilet cleared in less than 10 minutes .. He was very polite, friendly & time Efficient !! Had a copper pipe leak in ceiling. Brian and Ryan came and quickly analyzed and repaired the leak without hesitation. Brian is the kind of plumber I expect. Knowledgeable and very hard working. Once he saw the problem, he was on it. It was also an after hours call. Very happy with his work and will definitely use him again! He actually work 2 other jobs I requested. No hesitation.

Brian is the MAN - after many attempts and frustrations with the toilet in our office, we are now no longer having to watch and make sure it doesn’t overflow. He told us a couple things he may have to do…and he didn’t even have to do them all! Issue was fixed quick and back in service in no time. Should have called 1Tom first!!!
