I had a wonderful experience with 1-Tom-Plumber from start to finish. They answered my call right away after I discovered my old water heater was leaking, which honestly caught me off guard since it was only about 8 years old. I had a big bulky 75-gallon Richmond power-vent water heater, and by the time I noticed the issue, water was leaking throughout my basement. To make matters worse, some of my existing plumbing lines were already corroded and beginning to leak as well. I went a full week without hot water while trying to figure out the best long term solution, which was incredibly stressful. When 1-Tom-Plumber came out, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my replacement options without pressure. After talking it through, I decided to upgrade to a tankless “endless hot water” system. I’m so glad I did. The new system works amazingly well. I never run out of hot water, and unlike traditional systems, it doesn’t require a specific hard-water softener, so I didn’t have to invest in an additional water softening system. It also doesn’t require costly yearly flushes, which was a huge plus for me. On top of that, the system comes with a 15-year manufacturer warranty and is made right here in America, which gave me even more confidence in my decision. The workmanship was truly top-notch, the installation was clean, and everything was explained clearly along the way. I’m extremely happy with my experience and the upgrade. If you’re dealing with water heater issues or considering going tankless, I highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumber. They made a stressful situation so much easier and delivered excellent results.

What I thought was a simple laundry clog turned out to be a much larger sewer job. Even though Justin was slotted for what was probably a fast job, he was still able to quickly adapt thanks to being incredibly prepared and having everything he could need in his truck, didn't have to run out for parts or tools even once. Got me back up and running quickly and expertly, highly recommend!

I would absolutely recommend this company and its valuable employee Eric! He was here within 2 hours (Sunday am at 7) for a leak in the garage ceiling. Eric was professional and patient in answering our questions and very knowledgeable….for a cubs fan 😂. He fixed the issue! I would absolutely recommend this company again
